>>105722956

It should be up soon…They post the audio a few minutes after the video

Erin

i looked up night blindness and apparently its a thing but I'm just gonna pretend its not real ok. Mayas right!

AxialMars

it was klav alias @klav___ aka @Klav_real 100% real not fake

James Parentich

To validate qt its called Nyctalopia and it is a thing, it can occur in animals too.

10nita

bonus time!

CTMT

Night blind is real I experience it everytime I blink

Glitch

I think the editor was probably the leaker. tryna start a side hustle out here

10nita

Avery Gallegos

My mom had me so my brother wouldn’t bury her alone

Ivan Gomez

QT is not a vampire confirmed, scout's honor ✋

David A

Prayers for QT hope she can see in the dark one day

Anonymous

Unsolicited anonymous advice: Change the song back to two weeks. If it doesn't fit your current circumstances it makes it harder to get interneted for it.

Alaynamies

Sorry I spam in comments too much, but I kinda see what qt means about the night blindness when she explained it (at first I was like HUH) but when there is a bright light near your eye your pupils go smaller to not let too much light in, so the opposite would be qt's pupils don't open enough to let more light in when it's dark in order to see better in the dark (sorry if this doesn't make sense)

SetRange

Imagine having that massive platform and being like ''Imma use this for hate crimes and paying kids thousands to record themselves throwing urine on their little sisters'' what an absolute freak. No leakers majj

Pax Man

This is just Valentines day all over again, QT will be on the 100th episode of The Yard

Glitch

I don't understand this whole night blind bs. I see in the dark perfectly fine

Mitsy

Oh Boy! Ticking biological clock topic hits hard! Growing up I thought I would have kids by 25 and wasted so much of ‘the good years’ with the wrong men. Turning 30 this year and now have no idea what I want anymore. Maybe I just need a kitten…

andrew ballance

using people that can’t understand english to scam is craaaaazyyyyy

BS

jesus glitch wtf, not cool

AbaftUser

night blindness is a very real thing

Pnwoah

Night blindness is real, Maya. It is a light adaptation thing.

VuhNeezy

I couldn't agree more with the kids topic. I once watched a lady getting out of the car to run in somewhere that should have been a quick in a out, but she first had to take her toddler out of their car seat so she could carry them in with her. I felt so selfish in that moment because I thought " wow, imagine having to ALWAYS grab your little human and take them in wherever youre going". Also the thought of childbirth terrifies me lol so there's that.

Murkus

I took a food science class in college and heard a symptom of vitamin A deficiency was night blindness. It's a reason why they genetically engineered golden rice, so it'd have more nutrients in it. So it has to be real because I paid money to learn it.

Agustus72

Sick thumbnail!!!

Klav

forsen

Akumu2100

Night blindness F's in chat.

hawkmoth

night blind is real my mother has that!!

Klav
>>105725069

btw you are the one who hoards all the stuff they post.... kinda weirdge

Parker

The kids conversation really hit, thank you for talking about it. Maya, I think your concern is understandable. But I feel like if you can convince strangers on the internet that discovered you through your friends/front page/etc. to care about conservation, there’s a near-zero chance your child wouldn’t care after they grew up surrounded by it

itsmersa

QTCord told me to blame Glitch for the leak

Conner Monks

The name of the song should be the date you put lyrics in your phone. Just to try and give some context that it’s not how you feel about him now. But a moment in your life. May swerve some weirdo comments

Pax Man

QT we currently live in a world where you will never share the stage with Taylor Swift. If you become an indie sad pop star your chances become non zero. Fuck the haters and the nay sayers, live your dreams, and maybe you will sing with Taylor.

Victoria Borrego

This was so real and so worth the 5 bucks to subscribe, I'm so happy this podcast is back 🥹

Ola Sarcasm

you can blame me even though I didn't do anything but I never check my email so I'm the perfect scapegoat

Avery

For the song it might be to overt, but you could at the end during the fade out have a producer character ask -Do you think people will think you are still hung up on your ex- and then respond with something like Oh god, I hope not

Mitch Lurtz

Who else did the Scouts honor?

Olivia

In the middle of watching it now: Honestly, I don't personally feel like not wanting kids could be selfish (especially with a reason). I've always thought that it's more selfish to bring a child into the world if anything. I've never wanted kids (just the thought sends me into a panic) but I've thought that it'd be selfish of me to bring a kid into the world when I know that that isn't something that I want or something that I could or would want to allocate that much of my time to. It's doing a disservice to the kid do do it if your heart isn't really in it...Also, the only good thing about Ian is that he has two Great Danes lol

Sean Larmee

LSF only has power because people give it power, same with Twitter. The amount of engagement on LSF is so low compared to how many people are actually subbed. A hate thread might get a few hundred comments out of the million plus people subscribed to it. Same with Twitter, a handful of people say something then some article will write “gen z mad at Taylor swift for blah blah blah” nobody cares except a couple losers on Twitter.

soloPFL

Maya feeling like she could never release a studio recording of her song for Reckful is so sad. Some of us still listen to it from time to time. But I understand the dilemma about it looking like being commercialized…. Even if it wouldn’t be. It’s just sad.

Tfries_

*What is night blindness?* Night blindness (nyctalopia) is your inability to see well at night or in poor light such as in a restaurant or movie theater. It is often associated with an inability to quickly adapt from a well-illuminated to a poorly illuminated environment. Classic Maya gaslight

NuttyKiwis

as soon as we find out who you are leaker, trust you will be dealt with

Bruce Wayne

Is there going to be an audio only version? Please say yes

Julia

I think Pax Man is the one who leaked to dexerto (i do feel the need to disclaim that this is a joke)

Seth Hastings

The one song I wrote freshman year of college. I look back on 7 years later and it reads like a cry for help 😅 pre-awareness of trauma

Mitch Lurtz

QT, not only did Joji made that but also think about the fact taylor swift made the one while being pretty much engaged and no one really cares

Kyle

QT talking about non english speaking customers being signed up for CCs at Old Navy is 100% the same shit that happens at the big banks. Witnessed it myself in a massive college town where TONs of foreign students would come in and leave approved for credit cards without ANY idea about how the cards work/interest, etc... Anything to boost up those numbers!

Shirley Grace

As one of many yardigals who also like to wine about it, WE'VE BEEN SAYING TO THE BOYS TO HAVE QT ON AND WATCH DCOMS GOD DAMN IT.

Giggie

nah for real, Night Blindness is a thing

Arrowni

You could do a few things to limit the distribution of your songs but to me it's clearly more rewarding to have a kid that writes to you telling you "I was going through some shit and your music helped", so honestly, just do what you want, there is a limit to what internet steals from you and ultimately I just want you to do whatever makes you happy (and that's how humans should operate in general). Regarding the topic of having children: this is honestly something you need to hotly want to even consider, not something your parents, your culture, your religion or your husband wants. If it's a deal breaker in a relationship, let it be a deal breaker, your relationship and commitment to your children has to come from something else, because you can leave your country, your faith, stray from your family or your lover but you can't do so with your kids

Kimberly Cottrell

Hearing you guys talk about not wanting kids is so refreshing as a 26 year old woman. The lack of freedom and autonomy you lose its so insane to me that its like the expected path to take. Ive always heavily considered adopting later in life if i somehow change my mind. Relationships are what you make them, blood related or not.

Cannonboot

the more im here qt talk about what she dealing with, mentally, I start to understand a lot more about myself and unveil it with my therapist , and it helps me a lot! love the pod keep doing awesome work <3

Genaro Pulido

I can't believe I'm friends with QT and Maya now!

Noley Fresh

QT says so much relatable stuff it’s actually wild. I can’t count how many times I’ve done catastrophic thinking about having kids where a large part of the catastrophizing is from them winding up with my OCD, anxiety, and depression. It’s funny to introspect it and realize the thing I’m ruminating about my theoretical kids doing is exactly what I was doing in that moment.

Maggie

I feel like if QT just puts outhe song and doesn't make a music video for it it would be chill because it wouldn't feel so current maybe? Just an opinion... because I feel where she's coming from, but I think she should still do it and release it. That would be sick.

Bri

The Yard has only had one girl on all of their episodes including the Patreon and that's Amouranth lmao. I love the pod but it has a severe white boy focus even for the guests.

Meltron5000

@theashershow also used a clip from the patreon

slimebagel

Absolutely loved the episode - these podcasts are the highlight of my week. 1. I feel so similar about not having children and QTs comment about focusing on what matters today is so important and helpful. 2. There is great iron on backing for embroidering on tshirts!! Michael’s and JoAnnes sells it as well as Amazon - Sulky is the brand name and it stays really well and keeps it from being itchy/stitches falling out!!

Sennithee

I'm so glad that you guys are doing this. And QT don't feel like your biological clock is ticking out of control. I am 40 June 1st so we are June twins! Yay happy birthday to us! And sometime this next year I want to have a baby but it took me 25 years of wanting baby to actually finally be in a spot where I kind of can have one and it's still going to be high risk because I'm almost 40 and I have PCOS and a whole bunch of other stuff so no worries you take things as they come! And I'll probably have more comments but I just wanted to comment this real quick.

Haithem Alosaimi

Can the video be posted anywhere other than this Patreon player? It keeps stuttering 😥

NallM012

IMO the best test for night blindness is drive. When you're driving at night and there are other cars on the road with their headlights on, can you see the road? Because for me, all I can see is the blinding lights of the headlights and literally nothing else. I cannot register the darkness as anything but dark, so I can't really make out shapes or distance at all.

Lucas Vanhoever

Night blindness is 1000% a thing, It's always crazy to me just how poorly my girlfriend can see in the dark compared to me, she needs like every light in the house on to do tasks where as I would be able to see with like a distant lamp

Ruben

Both QT's breakup song and Maya's song about Byron sound amazing to experience. I understand why Maya didn't want to release a song about Byron though, when there could have been backlash. Maybe it's easier now that a couple of years have passed, but I can imagine that it's probably a quite personal song and maybe not meant to be publicized after all.

Melodyingg

When I worked at Office Depot (in Washington funnily enough) my manager told me to make up phone numbers and email addresses for customers so we could get them rewards cards. We were the number store in the state and he was never fired lmao. That store did close in 2020 tho soooo

Jake

QT talking like Slime at the end really got me

SuperCookieGaming

idk if this perspective would help but it might. I am a transwomen and part of my transition will be losing the ability to have kids. there has always been this desire in the back of my mind to be a parent. and when i realized i would lose that ability i decided to freeze my sperm. it cost over 2k for the appointments and storage for 5 years. i started medically transitioning a month after i gave my last sample. its been 3 months since then and i'm pretty sure i don't produce sperm anymore. i also plan to get an orchiectomy within a year. my time was up so to speak but i was fortunate enough to be able to do it. If in the future i don't want kids i don't have to use it. if i do but i don't want to use it i don't have to. i am a very indecisive and anxious person so i gave future self options. If you want to you can get your eggs frozen and not have to worry about it. adoption is also an option. all of this to say is that your clock is not running out as fast as you think it is and you have options no matter what you do <3

screaming

Usually a lurker but I really hope QT goes through with the music. I feel like the internet has made a lot of people feel like they have to be aloof and sarcastic to avoid being mocked that pursuing things in earnest is “cringe” and people who put themselves out there have to worry about the backlash of every little dissection of a genuine expression. I really hope music can be a healthy creative outlet that’s lower intensity and more manageable than all the spectacle style events. Also I hope betty is in the QT explains because James is in fact cringe.

Tyler Jones

I personally dont see the big deal with people sharing clips from paywalled content if it weren't used to farm drama. And to be honest, im pro-piracy because pirates help out those who aren't in a position to sign up for another monthly payment. The brokies need entertainment too! But again, farming drama is wack and using copyright law might be your only defense against it unfortunately.

Ptheo

We need a weekly make fun of Hasan segment. WINE ABOUT IT

Beeliza

As someone who used to be very religious and wanted kids but now am not and actually am discovering that would be my worst nightmare, I really appreciate you guys discussing the emotional turmoil that goes along with realizing you don’t want something that the majority of society deems necessary for womanhood. Love you girlies 💖

Paul Fiebig

First Patreon episode LETS GOOOO!!!

Ellaabunny

girl the social anxiety i understand on another level. and if you need a girl friend to have a healthy relationship with besides maya you know where to find me :)

LB

Honestly I am so happy QT brought up the whole kid thing. I'm 27 and married but neither of us are ready for kids but i know i have a clock. I actually like her therapist, what she said kind of gave me some peace lmao. Thank you for sharing!(:

Matticus

great ep <3 I totally see where Maya is coming from with night blindness but as someone who is night blind and have gone on walks with friends (with normal vision) at night, it’s crazy that the amount of things they can see w/o a flashlight versus me that needs a high beam flood light 3000 to see

Daniel Williams

My wife is night blind, if we're driving on the highway and there is oncoming traffic she says the headlights from a single car can take up her entire field of view. Even without other cars she can't see the road more than a few feet in front of the car, but her vision is otherwise totally normal

Jesse Werner

QT and Maya swapped sides :O

77katz77

I feel like the embroidery discussion fully conveyed w/o pics. Like who's to say Slime didn't see a banana or something?

Katie

I too, have night blindness. QT is valid

eirysse

no leakers

Sorin

What gets me out of my head(because I am pretty sure I had OCD or something very close) is sport(better than the antidepressants i took)

Drizzle_drippin

I would say the leak hunt reminds me of Salem but in this case someone among us is sus…

Anabyee

guys pls don't leak T_T

Purlwise

I find it funny they argue over night blindness when one google search would show it's an actual medical condition.....

ChubbyHobo

alright. who's the leaker. fess up, please. :)

Dieter Roebert

Maya withe the gasloghting night blindness arc

Paulina

I know a dumb question for a podcast, but is there an option for subtitles?

TenaciousDealer

Loved the episode ladies and yeah I'm 35 now and the amount of different meds or things I have to do just to keep my body working properly is crazy. So uhh you got that to look forward to lmao

Chris Hall

I completely understand mayas train of thought for why she doesn’t want kids. But I think the Irwin family is an excellent example of how children can grow up to continue their parents work

Hannah

Thanks for sharing! I just started a new medication and remember for the first time in years that I had hobbies. Dissociation is very crazy :p

LovedFox

I too grew up religious like QT so i completely understand the two-fold pressure of religion and the patriarchy telling girls that we have to want marriage and kids when we grow up. It’s something I struggled with internally for so long before realizing, hey, I actually don’t want any of this and it’s okay that I feel that way. It’s very refreshing to hear other women talk it out - it can be such an isolating journey! Side note: Aside from the leaker (🖕), love the community the patreon has cultivated - feels like a good safe space of nice people :)

Pontutus

I feel like the internet will shit on you for whatever you do, so you might as well do something cool

Finn Harte

I spat out my water on the bus when you asked if qt had tried opening her eyes and now everyone is staring at me

Kyle Coleman

Solution to the kids issue is to stop approaching it like an American. Most of us in the world understand that a parent isn't supposed to make sure a kid is happy all the time. You make sure they are safe and loved. If that's true they'll know it's okay to be upset and they'll learn how to be happy.

Shaun Cheah

If my bride, the love of my life who bore my heirs in her womb, desired to journey into the world in search of Frenched Fries, even at two hours before the stroke of midnight, then I would absolutely cease my selfish pursuits and guard our offspring while she did so. Husbands can take care of kids, too. Don't get too lost in the tradwife sauce. Even if I've had a rough week, just offer me a fifteen-minute massage and I will absolutely gladly handle those two rugrats for a whole weekend while you and your ladies go out and live life.

Shaun Cheah
>>105757972

Because of how currency conversion and cost-of-living works, you can spend $5 and get a full transcript from someone who lives somewhere where they write 'apologies for the poor English; it's not my first language' at the end of the most well-crafted comment you've ever seen. Basic subtitles are very affordable and professional subtitles are very worth it.

SuperDuprEgg

They are finally on the right sides now

Lily Nova

This may be cringe but i really love this podcast mostly because its just two girls chatting and as a young girl myself its just so relatable and though provoking some of the things you guys talk about even if im nowhere near the level of stress you all are under… but its nice to not feel alone ig? And i just wrote a thesis.. GREAT EP BYE

formerdingo88

qt said "#password" in her notes... oh no

Stardust

I did the scouts honor sign lmfaoo also night blindness is a thing, vouch

Taylor

Legit did the scouts honor sign, felt crazy. TW for OCD: QT talking about OCD is so fucking comforting for me because I don't talk about my struggles with it with the people close to me bc it stresses me out enough sometimes to lead to a panic attack. But her talking about it makes me feel like someone else understands what it can feel like. Also turning 29 this year and although I love babies I am nowhere near ready to have them... and probably won't ever bc I don't ever want to pass on my issues to an innocent little kid.

Mike Turgeon

Welp, you convinced me. I'm giving my kids up for adoption. I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY! (Obv jk lol) PS- release the song here first! We will CRUSH any leakers 🫡

Mico

The Patreon model is so much better. We get cute animal pictures and a bonus podcast.

Roastedpot

night blindness is for sure a thing. its usually when your eyes are unable to adjust from light to darkness as fast as they should be. makes night driving super dangerous because you sometimes can't see for a few seconds after a car passes with even low headlights on or the reflection off street signs too.

Audrey

I have night blindness too, my boyfriend practically has night vision so when we are leaving the apartment I get mad because he’ll turn off the light when walking out the door (and I’m still walking out of the bedroom or something) just to watch me stumble around trying to find my way to the front door lol

Goober

Also as a Mormon, I could sign people up for memberships at REI when we had 20% off promotions for new members 😅

Micah

The last time I went to an eye appointment the doctor said that my new prescription will make it easier to see at night, especially while driving. I thought that was bs but he was absolutely right. Night blindness is for sure a thing.

domino

If I were to join the sticker tier later, would I get the stickers and recipes and stuff I missed? I’d love to get them, it’s just a little too much for me to justify rn 😔

Micah

Is it bothering anyone else that they switched what side Maya is on for this episode or is that just me?

woofpack
>>105783693

AHHH, I didn't notice but it felt super off and that's what it was

bakedLaska

I have difficulty seeing at night because of my astigmatism. Maybe QT has the same thing?

Megan Cormier

New fear unlocked: my kids going into big oil despite me being an environmental lawyer 😭

Lezzerlee

As a 37 year old woman who still doesn't want and has never wanted kids, some people just don't want kids. You're not broken for not wanting them if that's truly how you feel. So much of society tells us that women's only roll is to be a mom, but that has never ever been true. There have always been spinsters, always been the oracles, the aunties, the business women, the politicians, the activists. People think it is selfish to not have kids, but it's worse to have kids when you don't want them or are not prepared to deal with them! Every child deserves to be wanted 100% without regrets. If you are a selfish person, you shouldn't have kids! It's the best reason to not have kids! You can be fulfilled without them.

Lezzerlee

Also QT, you could embroider Slime a ball-cap of a monke or that says Hater, or We're The Same or an Arrow pointing down with BALD or something. He wears hats often.

Bruce Wayne

QT. Consider having someone else sing the song, just because you wrote doesn’t mean you have to be the one to perform. If you don’t like that, then consider releasing it under a different stage name. There are professionals who have the same fears that you do, but they’ve found a way to avoid/fix them. Like Sia always covers her face when she performs and like 90% of all famous people have fake names anyway. Honestly, with all the anxieties you’ve expressed about being a recognizable Internet personality, I don’t know why you’ve never tried VTubetubing.

Tosin Awofeso

Night blindness has to do specifically with pupil dilation ability, some underlying cause that keeps your pupils from dialating completely. Its called Nyctalopia

lasfernitas

i listen to this podcast while i crochet and i loved hearing about the crafts you guys do!

Alanna M

I totally understand how you both feel. I'm the same age as Maya and like QT, I'm also terrified of child birth plus have so many worries. I just can't picture myself with kids. However, like Maya I also think about the fact that when I'm older I'll be alone and have no one - additionally I like the idea of continuing my bloodline more than anything. QT is lucky she has siblings as well as many nieces and nephews she can forge a relationship with eventually even if she doesn't have children. I'm an only child so I have no siblings or nieces/nephews and never will. It's very conflicting but I guess I should just live in the moment and not think too far ahead. Nice to hear others have the same concerns as I do.

Kuba

Qt is right about night blindness. Another L for Maya :/

jamiedizzle

I've always wondered why QT hasn't been on the Yard too lol can we get a Yard x Wine About it collab??

Greg Fuller

Just make Lud star in the music video as the ex.

Sneakyo13

Can I say as a uk viewer, I couldn’t find the wine, but so so happy that you are back, I’ll be enjoying the cheapest wine the uk has to offer whilst watching this. And you know what that is so good as much as I wish I was in the states and could join you two with the wine you’re having xx

Bailey

qt it's cool to be 30 to me 30 is when you finally have your life together but im 20 so what do i know

Bailey

when i do embroidery i just leave the back all messy but if you are scared of it coming undone they make special fabric glue called fray check for gluing threads or loose ends of fabric

Victoria Borrego

Those stickers are so stinking cute!!🤩 I hope wine about it has a merch store soon so I can snag one some day

Emily

Dude when QT started talking about the whole legacy thing and how most people don't even remember their great grandparents names and how it doesn't matter that was so based. I've had family members ask me about if I was going to have kids and about 'keeping the legacy'.

lewits

I wonder if posting the songs on Patreon is a bit safer place than on a main channel or posting them on a platform with another name attached to it.

CountJest

After writing a mega long comment just gotta say thx for having a convo about the kid thing cause it brought me some new perspective, anyways love the pod.

Luperon

Does trash tv reacts drop fridays ?

emptyivy

i really hope qt does feel comfortable at some point releasing her song, id love to hear it!

iamthispablo

about the song stuff, you could apply what fuslie has been doing and start using some other name for your music, not give it direct promotion until you have a back catalogue that makes sense as a cumulative work... or you could start GTA RPing. Crazy idea is parodying it a bit and having ludwig in the music videos... using the drama to propel the music forward by him playing the ex in the videos. Btw it is not lame, if you like your music follow through with it and finish it and work it through, music is amazing at working this stuff out. In the end publishing and marketing it is a whole different thing

Jenny S

Not sure if they read the comments but I hope they know that their feelings on kids is super valid. Many women do not want to be mothers but do it because "that's what we are supposed to do". I'm 33 and knew I never wanted kids since I was a teenager and joked about getting a hysterectomy so I can stop having periods and no accidental pregnancies. Well now I just had a hysterotomy for health reasons and thought I might be sad since it's not in my future for good but I feel so great about it as if a weight has been lifted. My bf is also my rock and has been super supportive and made sure I knew that he also does not want children so it's not an issue. But it's true, when you know you know. Us women do not all need to have babies. We don't need to have them to be valid people in this world and I hate that society shames us and calls us selfish for knowing we do not want to be mothers yet childless men never get the same treatment smh.

Christian

This episode was great, so glad the pod is back!

Mint Tea

It was Christian they told me

Sib

ok so I'm not completely done with the pod, and I haven't read all the comment because the player stops when you scroll away from the video, but if you are curious about freezing your eggs in case you may change your mind about having kids: talk to Yvonnie of OfflineTV. She has been vocal about the fact she has recently went through the procedure to freeze some of her eggs. Anyway, love the pod!

Tonaerio
>>105727981

Not gonna lie I think I’m day blind 😂 Whenever it’s sunny out I’m squinting so much and my eyes are super watery. On the night blind. I see perfectly fine unless there’s a lot of lights, in which case I mostly just see streaks of light

Catherine Zens

QT! I think you should absolutely release your music. My advice would be to make a lil post/statement like thingy explaining what the song means to you and why you’re releasing it and outright saying it’s not about anything you’re feeling right now but rather your past experiences- Embrace your inner midnights! Following your passions is so important and I think especially with the support of your loved ones, it would be an incredible idea! Also I loved the conversation you two had about children because I feel like I resonate so well with it. There are other reasons I’m likely not having kids either but I especially identify with Maya prioritizing the work she does right now. I personally want to pursue my dream job and travel a lot and just do things to take care of myself that I personally feel I’d be barred from with having kids. But the conversation about the potential of being alone is one worth having, although I don’t think not having kids makes your life have any less value. (Also I was on a plane when listening to QT talk about her fear of flying so that’s fun.) Great episode you two!

Catherine Zens
>>105946441

Update: Maybe it won’t be your midnights considering the recent news Taylor and Joe broke up. Oof. YOU SHOULD STILL PUT OUT THE MUSIC THOUGH

Rabbit Whisperer

I asked my husband who is a doctor and he agreed that night blindness is real

jimmyjangles

My mom just told me Tay Tay broke up with her boyfriend of six years. Awk.

RE: Trying VTubing I mean, if she has, we wouldn't know. That's kinda the point of doing things anonymously. 😉

James S.

Suggestion: Write a couple of songs and title the EP “This is fiction” or “Past Thoughts” or something

Michael

I think it’s pretty fair than 95% of us wouldn’t leak in the first place, because we’re just here for a great podcast between two friends. It’s that last 1-5% that’s just malicious or downright stupid that do the leaks imo

Savanna Adkins

I could personally use some dead mom music waiting for the drop qt :)

I completely relate to Mayas fear about not having kids! I personally always wanted them at some point but my boyfriend wasn’t sure and asked me why I want them so much - them being cute and every has kids doesn’t count. I told him, firstly I love the idea of a tiny mix between us and love kids in general. But also I’m terrified of dying alone, I have a half-brother but we’re not that close and thaaaats it. My boyfriend is also 7 years older and always jokes he’s not gonna get super old anyway. I basically started crying and told him that’s my second point, I don’t wanna end up alone in the end without more family and possibly outliving him for years.. god I fall into a whole depressive episode everytime I think about dying alone. In the end he got that and is on board now 💕

I had a friend that tried to pull that night blindness shit on me and I couldn't deal with it either. 100% on Maya's side here.

I totally feel not being able to be present, people rarely understand that and I basically never am and the fact that you talked about it made me feel seen. I spend most of my time thinking about where I'll be at any point in my life other than the present. I wish more people would understand but thanks for talking about that. <3 Much Love

Rachelle Martinez

You guys are so relatable, thanks for sharing everything <3

When QT worked at Old Navy, did they cut up any clothes with rips or stains, or is that a new practice?

Anabel Averso

The topic of whether or not night blindness is real always bothers me because my husband has retinitis pigmentosa and the starting symptom of it are night blindness. Not saying at all that QT has RP. It's just a little bit triggering.

broke as shit but this podcast helps my mental health so i need all the episodes i can get-

with QT's song, what if you release it anonymously or without the title of "QTcinderella" attached to it? Then it's harder for people to use the song against you because they won't know who it is but the con would be that it's significantly harder to market something without your audience that you have.

I know I’m super late but I’ve felt the same way when I started making music and recoding. Half of me doesn’t even want to share because if the songs did make me grow as an artist I know the worst parts of the internet would find my socials and just be the worst. It’s a constant battle, I push myself through projects a lot of the time because I know it’s in me and I love doing it. It’s not for them it’s for me.
