maya's KILLING it w the eyeliner,,,!!

coopdedoop

wow Maya really stumbled into the “running the football is more inefficient than passing” take, impressive

Spencer

Love the pod but as a football fan, pain

SuperPax

"That old man" is coach Andy Reid. A coach that has been with Travis his ENTIRE career, a man who has screamed at and pushed Travis kelce around when he's being a meat head, a man who's job it is to lead a group of hyper competitive athletes, a man who has done that job for years. I have been such an advocate for people not to be gate keep about this new audience coming to watch the NFL. But yall are judging a relationship between two people who have been very close for a decade off of a one minute of an outburst. Coach and Travis have both said it wasn't a big deal and that's just the relationship they have. I wish people would stop infantilizing one of, if not THE greatest football coaches of all time. If he had a problem we'd know about it.

VancityRen

If my SO gives me a smiley face rock, I'd be so excited!! Imagine.. just a cute little guy to sit on my bookshelf?!?! Honestly, the dream...

CreativeCaféStudio

To explain simply the reason why football players run into each other is because one side is trying to get to the quarter back while the other side is trying to pass, so both players have to stop each other - the offense tries to also create an opening for someone to run through that the quarterback can pass to

Riley Rain

the women's suffrage bit really got me lmao 🤣 but yeah give her a gift, man!!

Parker

I think the best and cheapest gift my boyfriend has done for me is that I love arts and crafts and he made little Christmas ornaments that kids might would make at school and you would have from your childhood. He made a bunch of popsicle stars and God’s eyes with yarn, little popsicle stick trees, snowflakes, reindeer. Probably won’t work for everyone but I like that sentimental stuff and doing little arts and crafts probably works for a lot of gfs because it is a gift and an act of service sorta

Jermaine

Y’all gotta stop saying ick that word gives all guys the never gonna talk to this women again

DOPAMINE27

No offense but damn I feel bad for straight people lmao lesbians will do the most elaborate and meaningful gifts on the second date.

ghostwritersrus

As someone who's love language is gift giving: the EASIEST thing to do and my biggest recommendation: keep an ongoing note in your phone and anytime they buy themselves something or say his much they love some random candy or flower or movie, ANYTHING that they seem enthusiastic about, write it down. Something as simple as picking up a candy that they said they really liked will mean so much to them because you not only got them something but you PAID ATTENTION enough to know they would like it!

ghostwritersrus

Also another tip: don't just buy random makeup or products; peak in their makeup drawer or box, etc and see what's almost empty. That will (almost) always tell you what they use the most of or what they like the most! Also: I'd be so happy about the rock lmao. My husband actually does do that. He brings me cool shaped or colored ones (or just shiny things in general.... very magpie coded) and I have a lil jar I keep on my desk full of them 💕

smileye

they both are in loving long term relationships so clearly not. sounds like a personal thing lol

Julie T

qt keeping and decorating the journals she wrote about past crushes is so to all the boys ive loved before coded

Goose

Yeah, but Taylor Swift’s boyfriend looked really mean when he yelled at the old guy :(

SuperPax

My fault og you right (if what Travis did bothered you that's totally understandable I'm more bothered with people acting like Coach is a helpless feeble old man)

Lindsey

It’s me, I’m mad, yes it’s Elvis😂

Jose Marin

Great episode! Maya trying to explain running the ball aspect of football while knowing nothing about football was hilarious. I though usher killed it and that Alicia keys thing was a PERFORMANCE! The song is about 2 ppl in love sheesh. That person who’s husband doesn’t buy her gifts, I would really have a serious conversation and make it clear that it’s something you need. If he’s not doing after you’ve already told him then he simply doesn’t care and that should spark a diff convo. That person asking about open relationship, if someone isn’t open to it there’s no way it’s happening simple as that. Conversation should end there. I hard disagree with the get her something even if she says she doesn’t want anything. Be an adult and communicate with your partner and say “yes I would like a card or something else”. Streamer award behind scenes what tier will it be on so I can upgrade if needed. Ty

alexandra

These comments really shows why wine about it is more of a girls podcast with all the guys pressed about nothing serious. If you’re mad just leave!!! the more girls the better

LunaticLynn

sidenote, but QT and Maya look so good this ep ! 🤧🫶🏼 like the contrast between the sage green hoodie and Maya's hair is so nice (WICKED QuarterJade merch) and QT always looks great in black but the double necklace combo with the cut of the top was really great ! happy valentine's day everybody !! what a great ep :)

Deanna

Is Maya a penguin?

TenaciousDealer

Calling Usher mid is wild I will have none of this injustice

E ✨

Y’all looked fantastic this ep! The green with Maya’s hair looked so good & qt’s top & jewelry was super flattering. Great ep! Usher isn’t mid. And for that first scenario y’all are five years apart-you started seeing him when you were probably freshly 18 & he was 23…girl run & focus on grad school

mich

i did "evers'mores" brownies for the superbowl

E ✨

This comment gave me the ick

Łukasz Zysiak

question, will the behind the scenes streamer awards be shared on this patreon or there is separate one?

Lichterloh

This was such a fantastic episode, my boyfriend and I had so much fun watching it! ♥️

Milo Ruben

if my boyfriend got me a pet rock i would TREASURE IT FOREVER

Bella345

Usher's tiny desk concert was soooo good! He's not mid guys 😭

Tanja

I'd love the rock thing. A little odd the first time. Second time i'd melt.

Tanja

I'd stroooongly guess it's this one

sometimethyme

It would be super cute and thoughtful if my SO gave me a smiley face rock. I already have 2 gifted rocks from him already😊

mgnnn

i would melt if i received a rock too maya.... thats all i gotta say

Michal Dobrzynski

I just wanted to say that the hair was great this episode. 10/10

Michal Dobrzynski

Speaking of relationships. If you've been out of the dating market for 12 years how the hell do you get back in?

FullPlaid

lolol suffrage. amazing. i confuse that word with a version of *suffer*. there is a version that sounds similar: *sufferance* which would actually make sense in QTs intended meaning

FullPlaid

timid disposition and attributes that make a woman an easier target increases the risk of being attacked. being a hard target is considered a generally good policy and certainly applies to keeping women safe. from ChatGPT (solid answer): Research indicates that attackers often target individuals they perceive as vulnerable or less likely to resist. Several factors can contribute to perceived vulnerability, including but not limited to: 1. **Physical Presence**: Individuals who are physically smaller, appear less strong, or are isolated can be perceived as easier targets. 2. **Situational Awareness**: Those who seem distracted, unaware of their surroundings, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may appear more vulnerable. 3. **Behavioral Cues**: Timid or non-assertive behavior, such as avoiding eye contact, appearing fearful, or having difficulty saying no, can signal vulnerability to potential attackers. 4. **Social Isolation**: Individuals who are isolated from others or lack social support may be targeted because they are perceived as having fewer resources for help or recourse. 5. **Environmental Factors**: Being in isolated, poorly lit, or less frequented areas can increase vulnerability by reducing the likelihood of intervention by others or escape. It's important to stress that the responsibility for attacks, including sexual assault, lies entirely with the attacker, not the victim. The factors mentioned above do not justify or excuse any form of attack. Efforts to prevent assaults should focus on educating potential perpetrators about consent and respect, improving societal attitudes towards violence, and enhancing safety measures and support for all individuals, especially those who may be at increased risk.

Sasha__qt

I personally don't like Usher cause there're a lot of stories on YT and tiktok that he is very mean to people especially to staff in restaurants

Amanda Frazier

I would absolutely love a cute rock. That is a way more unique gift.

Ayjayy

the first one sounds like the guy is aromantic

Carmnsndiego

I love that Maya and QT are opposites. I would LOVE a rock! If my husband wrote me a romantic card I would cringe lol

Patch

we wont swear from this point on, proceeds to keep swearing lmao

Macarena Espinosa

I would love to see you react to the new Taylor Tomlinson special on Netflix... I don't know if you have reacted to the previous ones, they are all great

Lindsey

If I had a significant other, and they gave me a rock with a smiley face, I’m with Maya and I’d LOVVVVVE that as a gift

stel

so regarding the person that the girl liked around 27:00, hes probably aro (aromantic). its like asexual but you just don't feel romantic intimacy if that makes sense. you two seemed a lil confused so i figured i'd provide some context from ur local queer person :3

Chaotic Pagan Tiger

My boyfriend will bring me random rocks or leaves or sticks that they see outside and thought of me and thought I would like it. I love rocks and leaves etc.

teddy

there’s actually nothing better than a cool rock as a gift

Dell

QT I truly hope black twitter don’t get ahold of you talking about usher because they’re going to drag you and you don’t deserve that you clearly are unfamiliar with usher’s discography. Also I think because usher discovered Justin Bieber people thought he would come out and preform with him since he was there.

Nivaldo Farias

Im asking her hand in marriage with a rock thats it

Ana Gallina

i’m nonbinary but i would melt for the smiley rock

Ana Gallina

i love maya’s sweatshirt does anyone know where it’s from lol

mayhemilyy

not maya calling asexuality a red flag

DaddyWarbucks

If your SO is no changing a behavior you've talked about multiple times, you have to ask them WHY they aren't changing. Maybe they have some hangup about whatever you've asked but didn't feel like they could be honest about it. At some point you have to cut and run but its not always as simple as "well they must not care about you then"

Okta

If you can get inside a car a man can get inside of you. Words to live by 😂

carpetburns

Yo so with the football there’s like 4-5 guys who are actually covering ground to advance ball. The rest of the guys on offense are there to basically human shield those 4-5 important guys. That’s why it looks like every play is every one running into each other because it is with the exception of those guys trying to get around the mess of people and find an opening

marsie

it's QuarterJade merch but it's all soldout:(

Jam

Pretty/interesting looking rock, yes. Average ass rock with a smiley? No, I’m sorry but no. 😂
