N'cttel adoptable + reward (Patreon)

So, I was in need for a counterpart for the "Queen" mermaid, so I decided to develop the "Monster" motif. This one I received a lot of feedback from my teacher, the process was quite a challenge. I also got some good coloring advice from Cross! Also happy I'm on how it turned out :3N'cttel belongs to Shmibly Wong Mangler, thank you!
