just to let you know and answer your question - they did not write this episode knowing it would be the last episode ever. They were told about the cancellation the same time we were, literally the cast were told on the same day as us which is awful, they had no clue whatsoever. I know this felt like some sort of goodbye but it was meant to be stepping away from Avonlea and would mainly show them all at Queens and their future careers. I completely agree with you, there is so much more content! The books go all the way up to Gilbert and anne’s Children so it’s not as if they don’t have anything left to tell! Let’s keep our fingers crossed :) p.s. I’m going to miss your reactions

Yeah, so many loose ends... like, what happened with Kakwet and her family, and did Bash and ms Stacy ever end up together? I feel robbed :( But thanks for your reaction, they never fail to make me happy <3
