Wow... Didn't expect your update today. Your love for Nessie and her child Ness is epic. You can blame Wen Chao if anything happens to her. One of my favorite scenes in the coming up in the next episode and can't wait. Also, Wei Ying being totally unaware of Lan Zhan's love is cannon. He gets to understand Lan Zhan's love as well as his own love for LZ only towards the end of the novel. But, in the drama he is more aware comparatively. Because in the novel you get a closure and a confession. Since they cannot do that here, they made Wei Ying more aware and involved. I really liked this creative choice. I can also understand why Wei Ying would have been so oblivious towards love. For all the bravado, I think he feels he is not 'worthy'. You will understand more in the next episodes. I will only say this much. In his entire life or 2 life times, there are only 2 people who loved him without any expectations or conditions, loved him wholeheartedly; Jiang Yanli (Shiji) and Lan Zhan. Take care.
