I think the law about not revealing donors' identities is there to protect the donor's family as much as the recipient. Imagine losing your loved one and then one day being confronted with the person who has your deceased loved one's body parts inside them. I don't know about Thailand, but here in the UK there are cases of the donor's family meeting the recipient. I believe it has to be arranged via an application (through the courts most likely, or possibly the hospital trust) in order to maintain anonymity, and to allow the other party the option to refuse. Similar to children born from donors who wish to meet their biological mother/father.

Yeay I was hoping for you to react to 1000 stars one day :) In my opinion one of the best BLs. It's different, has a great storyline and the actors have an amazing chemistry. Hope you're gonna enjoy watching it and excited to see your reactions. I kinda expected that Tian faints at the end I mean he went on a long trip, walked 3 kilometers over the hills through the heat shortly after having a heart transplant surgery, don't know if that's the best thing to do :D Btw don't know if you've already seen it but there is always one more scene after they show the name of the director. In this episode it was a scene between Tian and the Chief after Tian fainted. That maybe as an information for the next episodes :)
