Not EXACTLY. It seems they have relatively the same deck as they both learned from their grandfathers. Of course not completely, that is why Solomon said ALMOST card for card. I’m not sure the card Shining Friendship did anything. I think like the Blue Eyes White Dragon, it represents a friendship Yugi is attempting to make with Rebecca.
