I feel like you could look at it two ways when Yugi duels. He is cheating and not cheating. Yugi Motou is “cheating” he isn’t the one dueling, but is still taking the credit. The spirit in his puzzle isn’t cheating. The spirit whom he said his name was Yami isn’t cheating because he doesn’t cheat when playing the game. Like Pegasus did with his mind reading. It’s complicated. Like having you’re twin take a test. You cheated but your twin didn’t as they did not cheat whilst taking it.

I say it's cheating, especially since everyone else he's dueled (minus Pegasus) didn't have a millennial piece therefore he has an upper hand that his opponent doesn't.

I’m not disagreeing. I just think there is more than one way to look at it. Also the puzzle doesn’t give him special dueling skills. Just another spirit.
