Because Joey and Duke made a bet, Joey lost and was willing to take the punishment, but Yugi started whining on Joey's behave like it wasn't fair and it's just annoying to me

Well yeah that is true. Honestly, I think Yugi would have been ok with it. But when Duke dressed Joey like a dog and made him act like one, he thought Duke went too far. You’ve seen so far how Joey gets teased about being a dog multiple times. He wouldn’t have agreed to that if he knew. It is unfair to renege the bet. But Yugi and his friendship is everything rule decided otherwise lol Personally, if I was in Yugi’s place, I’d play not to release Joey from the bet, but to just remove him from the costume.
