Hi Cinders!!

Here is the first of the 2 Dragons for this month, The Orchid Dragon! This one is a January Model and the next one will be the exclusive!

There are 2 renditions for this model - Plus a Tail Keychain! I couldn't decide so I made both, then my test team liked both, so now you all get both! LOL! There will also be a Baby Orchid Dragon Releasing next month in February!

Orchids are one of my favorite flowers and I'm excited to get them out for Spring!! Hope you all love these!

attempted option one and cannot get the file to slice in cura. anyone else having this issue or is it a me thing?

Jamie, v1 sliced for me, but too 60-90 seconds and that is with an i9 with 64GB of RAM.

I keep getting an error but only with that file. I’m going to delete and re-download. Both the others worked beautifully and keychain is printing now lol

I can't get it to slice and have tried two different slicers. It will load but then it won't slice. Anything I can try to get it to work.

Yes, it will load but not slice. I am not sure what is going on. I never have had a problem before. It works in my Flashforge slicer but not with Cura or the Creality Slicer. I let it sit for a long time and nothing. I just reduced it down to use in my flashforge. I will try again tomorrow.

Are you using the X Mas version of Cura? I’ve had a few files that won’t slice with this version of Cura.

i too am having this issue, i tried v1 and v2 neither will slice, every other file works fine, except these orchid dragons, my wife was super excited for them

I never could get them to work. I can reduced them down to 75% and get it to slice with my flashforge slicer but they won't slice in Cura or the Creality Slicer.

question: i am currently printing this vs2 but i see alot of supports that when its done might be hard to get off. is vs1 without supports ok to print or do i need the supports on this?

I am having the hardest time printing this one with ZIRO PLA. It keeps coming loose from the build plate even though it is squeaky clean and I use glue. I noticed when I try to add a brim, no brim is added. Please help?
