Hi Cinders!

Hope you all are having a great month!  I'm so happy to bring you these Apple Turtles in time for Fall!  These adorable things are perfect for teachers and festivals! ;)

I have included 3 files:

Apple option 1

Tilted apple option 2

Apple pencil holder (100% holds pencils, but smaller sizes hold other fun things like chapstick)

Tested between 100% - 60%

I wanna use that filament, but it’s on a cardboard spool and I can’t use those in my Bambu AMS!! Ugh 😑

Print the ring inserts that go over the cardboard spools I printed 4 sets with no issues yet

Jazzy, any recommendations for adapters? The polymaker one works perfectly for their brand; I have had hits and misses for other brand adapters. If this is covered in the discord please let me know. TIA

Use electrical tape! I use white electrical tape on my cardboard spools and it works out perfectly 🥰 Doesn't let me share a pic, but since it stretches, no folds or anything on the edges. Highly recommend.

Is that turtle normal sized? How did you get the colors to change so fast? Is it just that filament changes fast?

most likely multiple turtles on one plate so you get color change faster

You know, it was working well on my spools, until I came across a brand called TYY3D. The cardboard on it is so cheap that it bends when it's put in an AMS. Electrical tape won't work, because it bends and gets stuck in the AMS. I hate it 🥲 Works well with non-crappy cardboard, though.
