This is a track that I’ve been working on for a long time, and I just now recorded it for a video that I’m making for Patreon. This isn’t a video for my Patreon, it’s a video for the Patreon platform itself. They reached out to me and asked me to help make some content for them, and this performance is one of the things that will be included in the video. Since this is a contract project I kept the effects toned down a bit, I really just wanted to get through all six patterns without screwing anything up. What you'll see here is actually about 15-20 attempts and finally I just memorized exactly how I wanted it to play out, while using subtle effects. Let me know what you think.

It's called shardonay.

Lyrics:

stay up

I've got to stay up to sleep

If you've got nothing

nothing goes to waste

stay up

Best,

Matt

A Perfect illustration of the idea of going from pattern to a song. It really inspiring, as usual. Great job and thank to share

yea... I keep on rewinding, noticing some bits that make the transitions more fluid, less wasted movements... Last year, for me, without your commentary this would have been cryptic beyond understanding, but now I'm seeing some things... nice! Thanks!
