This is the condensed version of my livestream where I showed how I used the Polycinematic (later upgraded to the Monumatic) eurorack polysynth during my Modular On The Spot set in Portland, OR. I wanted to integrate it with my Elektron gear, and despite its small footprint, it delivers a huge sound and an energy that feels way bigger than it looks. In the video I break down how I paired it with the Digitakt II, Digitone II, and Octatrack—and why this patch has become one of those rare setups that just sticks. It’s tactile, inspiring, and exactly the kind of hands-on sound palette I’ve been chasing. I included some cool tips and tutorial content in here from the long stream.
