i saw this before, and its quite fun but iv always found it very limited when it came to any pose with any kind for forshorting.

This is very true. The bolt would have to be veeery almost distorted to make up for that. I sometimes use this more so for legs and arms that are outstretched either vertically or horizontally, not in the z axis.
