There are maybe 2 things I do for that. One is to make the eyes juuuuust a bit smaller. Two, I made her face not as round or puffed out specifically at the cheekbone area. Proportions go a long way with portraying an adult as opposed to a child. Usually a child's facial features will be ever so slightly closer together. This is at least for cartoons. Lol. 😂 Where as an adult will look a little more rugged and defined.
