In tutti questi anni passati a fotografare persone comuni – amiche, conoscenti, donne incontrate per caso – ho imparato una cosa importante: non c'è niente di più liberatorio per molte donne che concedersi un'esperienza "fuori dagli schemi", come un servizio fotografico di nudo, magari dopo i 40 anni, quando la sicurezza in sé stesse finalmente prende il sopravvento.

Non importa l'età, il corpo, le insicurezze. Quando c'è fiducia e rispetto, anche le donne più riservate si aprono all'obiettivo con una forza e una sensualità che sorprendono prima di tutto loro stesse.

Ed è esattamente quello che è successo con queste due splendide amiche ultraquarantenni, mamme, complici, sorridenti... e totalmente disinibite davanti alla mia macchina fotografica! Un set autentico, libero, divertente, che celebra l’amicizia, il corpo e la voglia di mettersi in gioco.
