Nel 2018 realizzai uno dei set più memorabili della mia carriera. Nicky, giovane e dolce ragazza dai grandi occhi espressivi e lunghi capelli scuri, aveva visto le fotografie di nudo che avevo realizzato qualche tempo prima ad una sua cara amica. Gli piacquero al punto che appena compiuti i suoi 18 anni mi chiese se avrebbe potuto realizzare anche lei un servizio analogo. Inutile dire che accettai con entusiasmo.

A quel tempo non disponevo di uno studio fotografico, Non avevo studio, ma la mia natura curiosa e la mia abitudine ad esplorare i dintorni mi aveva fatto scoprire da poco un posto remoto, in aperta campagna e lontano da sguardi indiscreti, che sarebbe stato perfetto per uno shooting di nudo in luce naturale.

Iniziammo con ritratti di glamour per creare sintonia. Poi, grazie a una connessione intensa, Nicky si spogliò con una naturalezza squisita e si lasciò fotografare libera e autentica. Tre ore illuminate dal tiepido sole di Aprile che rendeva scintillante la sua pelle, tra sorrisi e immagini che raccontano un'anima pronta a sbocciare. Avrei davvero voluto continuare a fotografarla ben oltre l'orario concordato.

In 2018, I did one of the most memorable shoots of my career.Nicky, a sweet and young girl with expressive eyes and long dark hair, had seen the nude photos I had taken of a close friend of hers some time before. She liked them so much that, just after turning 18, she asked me if she could do a similar shoot. Needless to say, I gladly accepted.

At the time, I didn’t have access to a studio, but my curious nature and my habit of exploring had recently led me to discover a remote location in the countryside—quiet, hidden from prying eyes, and perfect for a nude photoshoot in natural light.

We started with some glamour portraits to build a connection. Then, thanks to an intense and mutual understanding, Nicky undressed with exquisite ease and let herself be photographed freely and authentically. Three hours under the warm April sun that made her skin glow, filled with smiles and images that tell the story of a soul ready to bloom. I honestly wished I could have kept shooting long past the time we had agreed.

Sadly, we lost contact after that day.
