Buongiorno carissimi FANATICs!

Prosegue il lavoro di selezione e post-produzione sui numerosissimi scatti realizzati con Morgana durante il nostro shooting di glamour, nudo artistico ed erotico.Devo ammettere che, nonostante la grande quantità di fotografie, questa volta non sono completamente soddisfatto della resa dell’obiettivo scelto per il set (SIGMA 35mm F1.4). In condizioni di luce scarsa, questa lente soffre infatti di un fastidioso difetto di backfocus, con conseguente messa a fuoco errata e perdita di nitidezza proprio sul volto della modella.

Di solito punto sempre la messa a fuoco sul viso del soggetto, a meno di qualche gioco di profondità di campo studiato ad arte. Per fortuna, in questo caso, la presenza scenica di Morgana, il suo sorriso magnetico e le sue splendide curve riescono a distogliere lo sguardo dal problema tecnico… e a catturare comunque tutta l’attenzione.

Good morning my dear FANATICs!

I’m continuing the selection and post-production of the countless shots taken with Morgana during our glamour, artistic nude, and erotic shoot.I have to admit that, despite the large number of photos, I’m not entirely satisfied with the performance of the lens I chose for this set (SIGMA 35mm F1.4). In low-light conditions, this lens unfortunately suffers from a noticeable backfocus issue, resulting in missed focus and reduced sharpness on the model’s face.

Usually, I always lock focus on the subject’s face—unless I’m playing with depth of field on purpose. Luckily, in this case, Morgana’s stage presence, her magnetic smile, and her gorgeous curves completely draw the viewer’s attention away from the technical flaw… and keep it exactly where it belongs.
