Buongiorno miei carissimi FANATICs!

Con questo Full Shooting dedicato a Sofia C non volevo semplicemente raccogliere tutti i set già pubblicati in un unico grande post.

Certo, dentro trovate oltre 170 fotografie, tutti i personaggi, tutte le atmosfere, tutti gli outfit minimi e scenici con cui abbiamo giocato per trasformare il suo corpo in parte stessa dell’immaginario fantasy che avevo in mente.

Ma il vero valore di questo post, secondo me, sta anche in quello che non avevate ancora visto.

Ci sono alcune fotografie completamente inedite, mai pubblicate prima, che meritavano davvero uno spazio tutto loro.

La prima serie è composta da ritratti più ravvicinati, più semplici, più concentrati sul viso. Ed è lì che Sofia C dimostra una cosa bellissima: non ha bisogno soltanto del corpo, dell’outfit o dell’atmosfera per funzionare. Le basta uno sguardo. Le basta un sorriso appena accennato. In alcuni scatti riesce a essere dolcissima e maliziosissima nello stesso momento, con quella doppia natura che secondo me è una delle cose più forti di tutto il lavoro fatto insieme.

Poi ci sono alcune immagini ancora più rare, scattate durante la realizzazione del suo The Body.

Fotografie uniche, mai postate prima, nate in un momento in cui il set era già carico di concentrazione, ma ancora attraversato da quella curiosità particolare che si sente quando una modella affronta per la prima volta un certo tipo di immaginario. Anche per Sofia C era qualcosa di nuovo: non aveva mai realizzato immagini di questo genere, e ricordo bene quanto fosse colpita dal set-up, dalla luce, dal modo in cui il corpo poteva diventare figura, forma, quasi icona.

E questa, per me, è una delle parti più belle del post.

Perché voi FANATICs non state semplicemente recuperando ciò che è già uscito. State entrando nella versione completa di questo shooting, con tutto quello che lo compone: i set principali, le variazioni, i personaggi, i ritratti, e quelle immagini inedite che non avevano ancora trovato il loro momento giusto.

Sofia C, in questo Full Shooting, non è una sola ragazza davanti all’obiettivo.

È più versioni di sé.Più personaggi.Più possibilità.

C’è la creatura fantasy, la figura maliziosa, la ragazza dal viso quasi innocente, la presenza più intensa e scenica, il corpo che diventa parte del racconto.

Ed è proprio per questo che sono contento di consegnarvi questo lavoro nella sua forma più ricca e completa.

Guardatelo con calma, miei carissimi FANATICs.

Perché dentro questo post ci sono fotografie che conoscete, fotografie che forse aspettavate di rivedere tutte insieme, e soprattutto immagini che nessuno aveva ancora visto.

E quelle, credetemi, valgono davvero il viaggio.

Good morning my dear FANATICs!

With this Full Shooting dedicated to Sofia C, I did not simply want to gather all the previously published sets into one large post.

Of course, inside you will find over 170 photographs, all the characters, all the atmospheres, all the minimal and scenic outfits we played with in order to turn her body into part of the fantasy imagery I had in mind.

But the true value of this post, in my opinion, also lies in what you had not seen yet.

There are some completely unreleased photographs, never published before, that truly deserved a space of their own.

The first series is made of closer, simpler portraits, focused mainly on the face. And it is there that Sofia C proves something beautiful: she does not need only the body, the outfit or the atmosphere in order to work. A glance is enough. A barely hinted smile is enough. In some shots she manages to be incredibly sweet and incredibly mischievous at the same time, with that double nature that, in my opinion, is one of the strongest things in all the work we created together.

Then there are some even rarer images, shot during the creation of her The Body.

Unique photographs, never posted before, born in a moment when the set was already full of concentration, but still crossed by that particular curiosity you feel when a model faces this kind of imagery for the first time. For Sofia C as well, it was something new: she had never created images of this kind before, and I clearly remember how struck she was by the set-up, the light, and the way the body could become figure, form, almost icon.

And this, to me, is one of the most beautiful parts of the post.

Because you FANATICs are not simply recovering what has already been released. You are entering the complete version of this shooting, with everything that composes it: the main sets, the variations, the characters, the portraits, and those unreleased images that had not yet found their right moment.

Sofia C, in this Full Shooting, is not just one girl in front of the lens.

She is several versions of herself.Several characters.Several possibilities.

There is the fantasy creature, the mischievous figure, the girl with the almost innocent face, the more intense and scenic presence, the body becoming part of the story.

And that is exactly why I am happy to give you this work in its richest and most complete form.

Because inside this post there are photographs you already know, photographs you were perhaps waiting to see all together again, and above all images that nobody had seen before.

And those, believe me, are truly worth the journey.
