Hi guys!

This month, we're making a debut out of Phase Connect!

As such, Tenma Maemi will take the spotlight to be the first member to (unofficially) get a 3D Debut!

Our favorite 「メンヘラ」 will surely bring more flavor to the list of my works!

To start with, let's talk about her design sheet. Tenma's Design Sheet is decent and provides extremely useful utilities. It could serve as a rough guideline on how I would create her model. However, I highly discourage everyone from following the tracing in detail. On a positive note, her design sheet has an eye design sample that could be useful for texturing. It also provides several coloring palettes that can be used instantly for coloring purposes. In essence, her design sheet puts more emphasis on practicality rather than accuracy.

Tenma's hair is actually one of the most difficult parts to work on. Since the difficulty lies during the modeling process, it would also mean that the rigging and the simulation process would have their fair share of the difficulties as well.

Besides that, my only complaint is that her design makes it seem as if she has no eyebrows. It's better to put the eyebrows right in front of the hair. However, it feels a little bit uncanny when I try it. So I'm leaving it as it is according to the original design.

For the other video, I'm planning to make Baelz and Ina animation in one video. I kinda figured out how the video would go. I think it's going to be fun.

I hope you enjoy this week's progress!
