Project 19 - Update 1 - 05/12/2024 (Patreon)

Hi guys!

For my next project, I'm going to do something different than the usual stuff. It will have a timespan from May to June, and it will be related to one another. Dawn and Dusk will be the primary theme of the project, featuring characters from "Bloom into You". I still remember reading it occasionally while preparing to try my luck for MEXT scholarship in high school. It's one of my most favorite series for that genre. I read the first chapter until the "Drama Performance" arc. Pretty far than the original anime.

The first one would be Koito Yuu. Her design sheet is pretty easy to use. I personally do not find any difficulties making it, though there are detail issues on the full body design. i don't find it problematic as I could actually fix it. The colors are extremely melancholic, it's kinda hard to put it. I have to admit, achieving the same ambience as the original source is pretty difficult. Yet it presents me a new opportunity for me to test my environment modeling skills.

In June, I will also make Touko Nanami. But that's going to be a story for another day. As for the other animation, I'm still lingering about it. Hopefully I could figure it out.
