Alloy extractor as part of the map (Patreon)

Sorry no video for this quite yet.

I'll try to find a good way to demonstrate this working.

The icons you see there are the Alloy Extractors and the one place you can build these on the map.

there isn't functionality such as snapping them into place, but the code preventing from building something else there is there.
