First Official Prop Bet for UFC Nashville (Patreon)

Hey folks! I have been adding to this position as the rest of the market has crashed on the submission prices. My full position is 1U at +460. Valter Walker has shown himself to be a committed submission grappler in his short UFC career, and Kennedy Nzechukwu is 1-1 to the SUB prop in the UFC and working on his jiu jitsu between fights. I think the pace of Kennedy could create a late SUB if Walker isn't able to ground him consistently, and I think Walker's leg locks could prove effective once again if he gets Kennedy down while fresh.
