Picked him to win outright here. This guy has the bigger punch IMHO, Volkov looked a bit flabby on the scale and one fighter is being undervalued off two ko losses against elite younger HWT's and Volkov being overvalued IMHO after looking very human against Tybura/Gane he beats undersized Rozenstruik and fat, unprepared Romanov and now he's -250 on Tai's home turf at 34 years of age with 46 fights already under his belt? I think Tai could get finished here or lose a close points DEC but I don't expect Volkov to proactively grapple and if he doesn't he will invite volatility. Tai has punishing calf kicks, massive power in the pocket and he can be a savvy operator in the clinch as well against larger opponents. He is the only HWT to KD Gane and he is one of the few up and comers who beat Arlovski via UDEC in that vet test. I think Tuivasa bounces back in devastating fashion and KO's Volkov but if it hits the cards I think the home town crowd could push Tuivasa over the edge in a close striking affair. Volkov is likely to win the minutes of this fight but Tui has 13/14 wins by KO and won a DEC in the UFC already so give me the younger guy who has had the benefit of some time off to recharge
