New Bet = 1.5U Miesha Tate ML +135Miesha Tate is a seasoned professional fighter who has fallen short against the elite of the women's divisions like Lauren Murphy (6-2 in L8, FLY title challenger) and Ketlen Vieira (8-3 UFC, top 10 ranked BTW). Miesha proved since her return to the octagon that she is tough, she wants to be there, and she still has the cardio to compete. Tate experimented with moving down to 125lb. But it compromised her physicality. Now she is back at her native 135lb. Class for a three round bout against another older woman in the division in 35 year old mother (2+ years out of the cage) in Julia Avila. "The Raging Panda" has lost before as a favorite in the UFC, getting dominated and nearly finished by Sijara Eubanks after a competitive first round. Avila has defeated lower quality foes like Julija Stoliarenko and Gina Mazany but Miesha Tate would be far and away the best win of her career if she's able to get it. I don't trust Avila's physical preparation considering how much time she has spent away from fighting (while Tate has been back and active), her publicly reported knee injury (caused a bout cancellation), and her questionable cardio in the past (see Eubanks Rd.2 on the stool).Tate as a dog 2-1 (106.7% ROI)Avila as a favorite 3-1 (-1.5% ROI)Tate record of Opposition UFC: 83-49 (62% Win Rate)Avila record of Opposition UFC: 13-20 (39% Win Rate)Tate Last Fight: July of 2022Avila Last Fight: June of 2021
