The Good:
1) FDGTD for O'Neill/Lipski +148 Thought this was a really solid bet. Both girls a clear path to finish, both girls finish losses on their resume. Should've been a bigger bet but still a good one. 2) Pimblett KO1 +850 Paddy landed his best strikes of the fight, had the most energy, and was most aggressive in Rd. 1. Fight arguably could've been stopped. Good bet at the price. 3) Garbrandt SUB & Ends SUB
Cody nuked Brian in the first round and prevented the grappling exchanges but I still don't hate the shots. If I had it to do again, I would go .2U on each bet.
The Bad: 1) Royval ML
Royval pushed the pace and the cardio like I thought he would but the fundamental lack of takedown defense made this fight virtually unwinnable. Lesson learned. 2) Pimblett KO & ITD
Not the worst bet I have ever made, but not great either. Marginal value at best on these two bets. KO was a better bet than ITD given the way it played out and the pricing.
LESSONS: I should've given myself:1) a few more outs (paths to profit)2) stackable hedges (Under or FDGTD for the Kelleher fight for example) Didn't pull the trigger on Gaziev & Menifield two underdogs I picked outright.---
