Let's discuss:1) Maverick is the much younger fighter in this matchup (35 vs. 26) and I think she is more motivated to continue climbing the ranks compared to Lee who could be cut with a loss.2) Lee has a 54% career takedown defense rate and has allowed her opponents 10 takedowns in her last 6 UFC bouts (2W-4L)3) Maverick is averaging 2.4 TD's per 15 minutes at a 48% accuracy. Lower center of gravity should give her easy access to Lee's hips.4) Maverick was awarded her BJJ Black Belt 9 weeks ago after 9.5 years of training.5) Maverick wanted this specific matchup after training with Lee in the past (seems telling)6) Maverick has been competing in high level BJJ tournaments, specific focus on her ground fundamentals. At 35 I don't see Lee fixing this hole in her game. 7) My spreadsheet is showing massive value on these props.
