Skeleton Knight in Another World is one of the FUNNIEST anime I've seen. I LOVED every MOMENT of this anime, and the opening was just the cherry on top.

I reckon Macross Frontier ED "Diamond Crevasse" would have been in your top endings list if you were to check it out since you so stunned and mesmerised by the cover version. The original is many times better imo!

seriously, Skeleton KNIGHT is so good! it takes the whole ISEKAI power fantasy trope and flips it on it's head with gold comedy that's you can't stop laughing and even the action is so good. it's really one of the best ISEKAI anime from recent years

AYY FINALLY MAKEINE. You missed two endings though! All three are top endings of 2024, Burning level! (The show is also among the best of last year) You also still need to do the 100gfs s2 OP and ED. Also, never noticed this before but why is the girl packing a bakery at 1:34?

Agreed on it being peak. In terms of new anime the only one i'd put above it is GBC (And Frieren and maybe Orb depending on what you count as 2024 anime). Though Dungeon Meshi, 2.5D seduction and Gushing were close.

Skeleton Knight was a fun show, looking forward to season 2. I was totally caught off guard with Makine. I thought it was going to be a totally different show, but nope, its become one of my favorite rom coms real quick. First episode was good, and then episode 2 happened and suddenly got wild. Really hope they make a season 2. Makine also has 3 different endings. All are great. A-1 does a lot of stuff, Gate, Makine, 86, sword art online, Fate/Apocrypha, kagua love is war, yes solo leveling.

the makeine op was a collab between botchiboromaru, and mossa, the vocalist of necry talkie. the ed was actually made by one of the voice actors, same for the other two endings that you understandably didnt know about.

I can't really tell anymore if Luke is just lazy, cheap, dumb to just have one of his mods or someone help him source OP/ED videos to make sure he isn't missing anything. A simple search in youtube for "Makeine ED" returns all three EDs right at the top.

makeine is definitely goofy and fun but surprisingly mature as well. its an amazing light novel adaptation, which you can tell by the fact that not at any moment is there not something happening, makeine felt like a complete passion project from the studio, as a seemingly random romcom got some of the best animation of the whole year, and then it turned out to be one of the best shows of the year

Ah, my chance to “Um, Actually” and out-nerd someone in the wild. It’s written as マケイン (a contraction of 負け “ma-ke” and ヘロイン “heroine”), so it’s pronounced “ma - keh - inn” But I just call in “Too Many Losing Heroines” even if it’s longer, because that causes a lot less confusion.

Skeleton Knight was a very good anime. Yes, many compared it with Overlord, but other than the a Bony MC, they are not alike AT ALL. I hope for a second season on this one, totally worthy 🫡

tbh i really recommended adding Skeleton Knight to your watch list its a good one to watch that being said it got some pretty dark stuff happen as much as the fun one the opening make it looks like it only has happy vibe though

Japan doesn't really do big public displays of affection. That's just an anime thing. Public display of affection itself isn't even common either. I mean, some young couples do it but affection is something you do more in private with your significant other.

Skelly knight is a fun show and currently only 12 episodes so ya could watch it quite quickly. And a Season2 was already greenlit so we will be getting more. Which makes me happy as the Light novel is really good, and i want to see it get to the even better stuff later on.
