This guy going hard on Issei when everything happening was out of his control is funny. I think Issei rejects Asia's bold advancements not because he dislikes them, but because he likes more the pure and innocent version of Asia, and he wants to keep it that way. He doesn't want to corrupt her (or let her be corrupted), but rather enjoy a maidenly slow-burn with her. Remember how he planned the date with his first girlfriend? He's a hopeless romantic, after you take away his youthful perviness

Issei is a Vlut, or 'virgin slut', someone who talks a big game but is so unexpecting of anything to actually happen that it legitimately short circuits his brain at the implication something might happen. All his behaviour stems from this anxiety and honestly I think he's a pretty realistic character in that.

I forgot how much we lack ecchi series like this these days. So far it's still as good as I remember. What's worse is that current airing animes STILL have those unnecessary camera angles but they don't show anything instead, it'll be just the clothing. So why add boob or ass camera if you not gonna show anything anyway. Kinda sus

I just double checked to make sure but the way they spell his name in the subtitles is actually incorrect. It's supposed to be Sirzechs with no spaces cuz they arent calling him "Sir" that's just part of the name. Sirzechs's name is actually a reference to the names of two characters from the Gundam series: Char Aznable of Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 (who is called the Red Comet in the show) and Zechs Merquise of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. The author is a fan of Gundam so he throws a lot of references to it everywhere same way he does for Pokemon. Even Rias's name is a Pokemon reference.

The scenes between Issei and Koneko are always the funniest to me knowing the VAs are married in real life 🤣 Also there is a genuinely good reason why Issei doesn't try to pursue the relationships when girls throw themselves at him. It's not made obvious in the anime cuz they skip the light novel details but the anime does clarify it later on.

also side note the subtitles made a mistake. it's "Sirzechs" not "Sir Zechs" (it's not supposed to be 2 words. They are calling him Sirzechs-sama which is like Master Sirzechs)

As someone who grew up watching America's got talent a few years ago I am so glad I don't watch that repetitive lame show anymore. Nothing but a bunch of exaggerated bullshit to get a rise of emotions out of you. The judges are most of the time a bunch of narcissistic clowns. Just my view on it. Its fine if people like it but I definitely hate it now.
