Yes you can have multiple summons, of different animals too, there's only 3 sage regions that exist on the same earth, their exact location is unknown so the only way to get there is by reverse summoning. Funny enough they are the only village's (nations) that are truly hidden. The 3 sage nations are the slugs, snakes and frogs.

For anyone who read this and get's annoyed. Luke has said that during these streams, during the "watch episode" part of the stream. He occasionally glance at chat, which means 99% of the thing people write, he doesn't see. I bet people in patreon are more mad than actual luke, because people actually read the chat while luke doesn't. Chances Luke will see my comment during the episode are like 3%. Chances after the episode ends: 25% . So people should chill a bit as he created healthy habits to know when to ignore chat and when not to ignore.

#spoiler question This is more a refresher for my mind, but aren't all places in the same world, and this info is irrelevant? because they answer this but while it's not a different dimension you cannot enter anyway because "x" reason. And they never really go to explore that route anyway. So knowing ahead of time it's not a different dimension doesn't affect the main plot whatsoever and it's one of those "trivia facts" that it doesn't matter if it's another dimension or not

questionable, After pain arc, we have a "low" where naruto goes his training arc, but it's not that satisfying as the pain arc , then we have a peak with some fights again. For me the "madara" arc and pain arc are similar Peaks in terms of enjoyment, I feel it's "peak naruto" and it doesn't go higher. (Kind of like a stock, who reached all time high, then 10 years later, reaches all time high again, but it doesn't go higher than the all time high)

I dont know if there are fillers now. I generally skip to the next season from here to start the pain arc with how amazing it is. Naruto without fillers is the best anime that has ever existed.

If no one has mentioned it yet, there truly is a novel called "The Tale of Jiraiya the Gallant", its a centuries-old Japanese novel that Kishimoto used as inspiration for not just Jiraya, but there is a "Slug Princess" Tsunade and a snake called Orochimaru. Its pretty much a fairly well known folk tale at this point, they've even made short children's books of the story in English based on it. You'll find all sorts of folk tale lore within Naruto, its truly impressive how much Kishimoto drew inspiration from. Its also amazing that even though all the hallmarks of anime Red Flags were there, we saw it coming, we knew it could happen, we were warned how it could happen by seeing another loss earlier on, this one just hit different when it finally did come to an end. I think just adding that extra bit of care and quality of animation on Naruto, making him stand in that light beam, and the still silence, it just hits you all at once. Brilliant choice by the animation director. Rest in Peace, Jiraiya the Gallant!

Btw since you asked at one point and its never mentioned in the anime (from what i remember) the Headband Jiraya is wearing says "Oil". The rest of the shinobi have pretty much the sigil of their affiliated village

So, I need to get something off my chest. I had to leave the stream, to be honest. The chat became so frustrating that I couldn't enjoy it anymore. Some viewers were arguing nonstop and twisting every word into a supposed spoiler—even when it clearly wasn’t. Others were downright rude, to the point where the mods apparently had to put them in timeout. Despite multiple warnings, some still refused to stop. What really pushed me over the edge, though, was the repeated demand to enable emote-only mode. Often from the same people as always. No one was even saying anything wrong. Some people were even demanding right at the beginning, that it should be active for the ENTIRE STREAM. I know you prefer to leave that decision to the viewers, but with the growth of your community and the shift in its mindset, I don’t think that approach is viable anymore. The Naruto streams, in particular, have attracted some intensely hardcore people, to say it politely. Why even have a live stream if we can't talk, engage with each other, or just enjoy the experience without constantly defending ourselves? The mods are already doing a fantastic job, and as long as people behave, so there shouldn't be an issue. I thought emote-only mode was for emergencies, not something a small group could pressure mods into enabling. There weren’t even spoilers happening in the first place. I understand turning it on at critical moments, but this just feels extreme. Interacting with chat and having fun with the community is literally my main reason for joining streams instead of just watching VODs. Moments like this ruin the experience entirely for me. And based on what I saw in the chat, I’m not the only one who feels this way. Maybe I got more upset than I should have... But I was really looking forward to this stream. since i couldn't join streams for a while due to hospitalization. I was excited to finally tune in again during one of my favorite parts… But instead, it turned into such a frustrating experience. I am not trying to stir drama here or cause troubles for anyone. I just needed to write this down somewhere, and the VOD of this stream felt like the right place to do so.

Yeah, it's one of the main reasons I really don't like going to Twitch. It's never really a fun experience the few times I've been there. Maybe once in awhile, but it's few and far between. I prefer the VOD so I can just ignore chat and concentrate on Luke's reaction....and I can skip through when it stops being about the show.

I get that. I think i also won't find the motivation to join the stream this weekend. Even though we are gonna start Food Wars. I am one of those people who has to take longer breaks after losing patience, or i will develop an active aversion since i start associating that part of my life with negativity. It's part of my illness. But it wasn't like this when i started watching his streams 2 years ago, before i started actively subbing. It was really peaceful and civil and you could chill and talk to everyone while Luke was doing his reaction. I really loved the that ambiance. Now it's like walking right into a war zone, where only one wrong word puts you into the line of fire... That's how it feels at least. And so many people start being rude or shit on others, the show or it's characters all the time, or even on Luke himself (not the usually friendly banter). Which get's really frustrating. And it got worse after we started watching Naruto. Unless it's a game stream. But I guess that's just because most of those people only watch the anime streams and don't care about the gaming portion.

Something I've always thought is neat is that the Massive Rasengan Jiraiya uses in Sage Mode is call the Chou Odama Rasengan in Japanese, an evolution of the Odama Rasengan that Naruto used against the fake Itachi when they were trying to save Gaara right after the time skip. Basically, that gigantic Rasengan is what Jiraiya was prepping Naruto for, probably thinking he would use the Nine-Tails chakra to do it instead of Sage Mode.

Thanks for letting us experience this again through your eyes Luke. Have to day though, while the anime is iconic and has it’s moments of great additions it definitely cheapens the original Naruto name flashback here by first showing it before the fight… the whole point is that when Jiraija is defeated and he thinks he failed as his consciousness fades away, his life flashes before his eyes and all of the sudden he remembers that moment with M&K, which leads to flashes of our little knucklehead and all of the sudden Jiraija considers a possibility he never thought of before; that Naruto might be the chosen one because of his sheer infectious determination. A determination that then inspires him to do one more thing as his master, goddather and ‘namer’ before he dies; write the code. And he is then able to die with a smile on his face because he feels his destiny is fulfilled after all and it will all be ok. It’s f-ing beautiful (sorry about the spiel, felt I needed to spell this out because Shippuuden does really cheapen the significance of a lot of great scenes… the one under the bridge in a few weeks comes to mind…)

Spoilers if you read this before watching I guess. Frog sag death is the best-handled death in the show IMO. EDIT: I do not think that he was going to survive that last attack before he sent the frog away, he was too damaged, his choice was to make sure that the message got sent.

Yeah, mods are quite strict sometimes. At one moment, one pain enters a pod, another one leaves form other. I just commented "same eyes, different body", and it got deleted 🤷🏽‍♂️. I even commented that it was just shown and the reply was "so why pointing it out?". I mean, why am I there for, them?

Personally, i think that the mods are more on edge during Naruto streams since they want to prevent escalation during the chat. That would explain why they seem more strict. That reply however, whether it was from a mod or another viewer, no idea.

That's my issue ZabluLobsta. Actively talking with chat and Luke is one of the main reasons to join the stream over watching VODs. Actually being part of the experience instead of just being a viewer. That's the main think i love about Luke's community. If it always turns into fighting and emote-only, what's the point of the streams?

Luke ... this should not be considered as a spoiler because you already know how strong Kyuubi is but I will try to explain to you the power differences between Bijou (Tail bests) ... so fair warning I will only talk about their power scale nothing else: One tail what Gaara had was weakest one. We all know that. What most people do not know is that power scale is multiplication of every tail beast based on their number and their power relative to the next after them. Two tail is 2x stronger then one tail but tree tail is 3x stronger then two tail ... so its 1x1=1 ... 1x2=2 ... 2x3=5 ... 3x4=12 ... 4x5=20 ... 5x6=30 ... 6x7=42 ... 7x8=56 ... 8x9=72 ... so Kyuubi nine tail is not 9x stronger then one tail but 72x at least. All of it explains ammount of chakra they possess. If Minato halved its power it would be 36x without Naruto's own chakra. Remember Naruto would not survive if Kyuubi's chakra was greater then Naruto's Kakashi told him already so he needed to halved it for him to survive ... so even if Naruto himself have only half of Kyuubi's chakra he himself is also as powerful as Kyuubi in him and why he is so weak you yourself once said it out loud why ... so in the end when Kyuubi takes over Naruto's body you always see red and blue chakra combine. Kyuubi needs Naruto's chakra to be as powerful as he once was. If he was pulled out of Naruto's body by force and you put him into the fight against eight tail eight tail would win the fight. It's never mentioned in the anime itself so It should not be a spoiler. It's just my deduction it's not official as far as I know it's all based on what I seen in anime and for all haters who think I'm wrong ... I will not spoil what happened later ... but we all seen why Naruto was stronger in the end.

TL;DR Bijuu power scales multiply with each tail — not just add. Two-Tails is 2x stronger than One-Tail, Three-Tails is 3x stronger than Two-Tails, and so on. That makes Nine-Tails (Kyuubi) 72x stronger than One-Tail, not just 9x. Minato halved it so Naruto could survive, but Naruto’s own chakra adds up, which is why he can match Kyuubi’s power inside. Kyuubi alone ≠ unbeatable — without Naruto, even the Eight-Tails could take him.
