People continue to just scream watch OP without actually giving the reason. The opening WILL change in like 2 episodes if I recall, It'll be significant change for viewing experience, but you don't have to watch opening every time until the moment DIO's power is revelead

Luke, for the opening: -It will change at episode 47 (second to last) People probably wanted you to watch it already now to get used to it and be more surprised by the change; So, you can skip it in the next episodes BUT REMEMBER TO WATCH IT AT EP 47. And with this, enjoy the season finale :)

And I think they're asking you to watch the OP because it does change the last 2-3 episodes, so watching it before then you'll hopefully notice what's actually different. Even in this version (which hasn't technically changed) if you're REALLY eagle eyed, you can catch a glimpse of something. :)

In my opinion, the Holly scene is placed where it is to let you take a narrative breath and process Avdol and Iggy's deaths before the true fight with Dio / the finale begins.

The closest translation of Nukesaku is Blockheadd, or Dumbass. The joke, which wasn't translated at all, is that Jotaro was literally calling this guy a dumbass and just so happened that the common Japanese insult also happened to be this dude's given name. Like when you get a Korean bloke named Dongsuk. So you have reached the point of this season where watching the opening sequence every time is mandatory- the reason won't be for next episode, might not be the episode after this one, but you will know it when you see it. Future parts of JoJo will do something similar as you approach the climax of the part. Currently, you need to be watching the opening every episode.

So the OP's do change, I'm not sure if it's every episode though, and the changes generally are small up until the end. One thing I'd recommend doing once you finish the part is going to watch the "What's in an OP?" episodes by the youtube channel Mother's Basement. Obviously not all of them, just the ones for the jojo parts you've watched, but he goes over all the little details and changes in the OP 's throughout each season, and it's kind of mind-blowing how much there is.
