It's surprisingly common to convince yourself that a word is pronounced a certain way - so much so that you start hearing it that way even when someone says it differently. It's like those "Laurel" vs "Yanny" videos, where what you hear depends on what you expect to hear. The correct way to pronounce Josuke is Jo-su-keh. Accent on Jo. The tricky part is the "keh" - it should be pronounced like the "ke" in kettle, not like kay or key.

Instead of trying to explain how to pronounce them I will just say that every single Japanese sounds is always pronounced exactly the same no matter what other letters there are. So Josuke is pronounced exactly the same as Sasuke it just starts different. And on that same topic when ever you see those sounds in Japanese (jo, su, and ke) they will always be pronounced exactly the same and you can just sound out any word to get a perfect pronunciation
