Just a random detail, but the white outfits that Shadow Garden use in this episode are the same outfits shown in the opening of the first season 😅 And the mask face is "Mundane Mann" from the last part of season 1 too 💦

Sai

15:45 - Top tier moment in ep.

AchmodinIVSWE

The browned haired girl who Po and Skel asked out initially is called Nu

AchmodinIVSWE

13:47 correction, YOU "never" found out about it.

AchmodinIVSWE

And it's gone 😭 How does Luke keep getting away with this travesty!?

Rem is best waifu

Even if I was filler I will take more Delta, Beta and Epsilon. I hope they all show up in Isekai Quartet 3.

Aeco

This is filler done right: No connection to the main story, no characters introduced and brought into the non-filler anime, a good deal of fanservice ;) and short, sweet and self-contained.

Lelouch Vi Britannia

the Face in his room is his Mundane Mann persona from season 1 and if you look back on it you can find the mask he used as John Smith sitting on a shelve there

Juho Kaartoaho

The point in choosing the 3 was that they were supposed to be in the same party as Cid. But then they found out about his "PLAN" about not showing up so they abandoned his school friends to them selves. Others would have been there ether way to be closer to Shadow and maybe, just maybe get a little peak.

TheKnightwatchOfficial

"They ended it with rock-paper-scissors?" No, they ended it with Seven Shadows Rock-Paper-Scissors. There's a difference: The inclusion of "Seven Shadows." And I do love how just randomly, the video vanishes.

14:00 We do. You missed an after credits.

the letter shadow left was propably mistranslated by shadow garden, it was like a grocery list or something

Kyle

I was going to make the same comment

Kyle

I don't think it was mistranslated. As Shadow's goal was to destroy both companies and bring the girls under him to start a new company. So the purpose of the letter was an apology and as part of the apology he explained what he did which included the location of the gold. He just wanted to make sure they received his apology so they might work under him later, but didn't intend to give them the gold. Shadow's goal only make sense to him as he is an idiot that doesn't realize that shadow garden and the front company are already under him.

Frentzy

All "OVAs" are like this. But not all fillers are OVAs....

The amount of people that missed the note thing in the anime is staggering. They did not mistranslate the note from Shadow, look back at the scene where shadow was talking to Beta, he showed her the random shit he was writing about the weather and stuff and then while bragging about how he created 5 different languages you can see him writing something on the notebook before handing it over to Beta challenging her to decrypt it. He Never thought they would be capable of doing it which made him comfortable writing the whole plan on that note since it never occurred to him that they would ever break the encrypted message since it uses a mixture of 5 different languages

There are a bunch of official shorts that add to the series and some of the episodes have extra content cut from the episodes. At the end of the season you should consider reacting to all of them together back to back. Each of them are quite short(around 2 minutes). The youtube series is called Kagejtsu. You can search "kagejitsu kadokawa" and sort by playlist to get the official playlists for season 1 and 2. There is even an overlord x eminence crossover at the end of the 2nd season playlist.

Zachary Kruger

Seriously, how does it keep happening? It’s not all that common, but I’ve seen it several times on multiple different anime. Does he or someone else not review his recording before upload? Luke, if you are reading this, I still love your reactions a lot and I hope I’m not coming of rude, but this is something I think about.

Osborn Malakhov

Actually, you found out if Delta achieved her mission. She literally said in the previous episode that she took care of chugga chugga guy

Racc

and there was like a 7 seconds post credits in that episode when we see the aftermath of what she did and everything was destroyed

Racc

I'm sure someone said it already, but yes, its their place, they can go whenever they want, but the point of the rock-paper-scisors was to decide who went to the date with Cid and the other two guys. And the outfits in the figth with the dragon are their usual outfits just with colours

Kenneth Hoerz

It's funny how every stupid made up story Shadow comes up with ends up being 100% true.

AOSFYC

"In fact I can't think of a single anime ive seen where it doesnt happen" ah yes the famous Re Zero beach episode. He must be confusing the S2 bunnies with bunny Eta and saying close enough.
