Well worth watching to compare with the copyright-friendly song they ended up making for the anime. Regarding why they're questioning him when he can't speak: Imagine being in his place. You're incapable of speech, your head is separated from your body, and these imposing thugs keep asking you questions and getting pissed that you're not answering. You're laying there, helpless, and they keep asking the impossible. You'd think they're goddamn lunatics, so you'd have no idea what crazy shit they're going to do. It's kind of a psychological scare tactic to terrify him before they even start hurting him.

Im Italian, traditionally lunch time is a big deal in italy, mainly during the week end with big families, in modern days not so much because of the much smaller modern family size. Italians often eat with their relatives, uncles, cousins etc... so the table is full of people, and when all of this things happen at the same time you have your traditional italian family lunch with a lot of food that can easily last hours, don't get me started on the holidays like christmas, oh boy...
