For anyone who wants to hear the next main characters in SBR VA there is an anime called Chitose in a Ramune Bottle. It is interesting to hear them talking to think they are the future. Plus Sale in this episode is the third big character. He also did Sakuta in Bunny Girl Senpai and Jiji in DanDaDan.

Sale stand Craftworks pretty much controls kinetic energy. If he touches something he can stop or pick up speed of objects. Btw yes Mista is a great character.

Kraftwerk is easily one of my favorite stands in part 5, feels very underutilized for how good an ability it is. Mista is a good Jobro, not my favorite of this crew but hes an interesting guy. Pay attention to his quirk around the number 4 being unlucky. Its relevant at times, like how here with 4 bullets remaining, mista gets shot by one of his own bullets from earlier.

But fr, hope you enjoy him, he, Giorno, and Bruno maybe my favorite characters of the whole series. I'll explain more another time why. But it is no wonder why they were some of the first Araki introduced.

Regarding the guy tapping the bullets: from what I can infer, he basically can instantaneously transform kinetic energy into potential energy, and reverse the process on things he has affected. That means every tap adds to the potential energy, so when the bullet is released, it has even more kinetic energy (and destructive power) than before.

I think the kinetic energy is already working bit since it's stuck to the place it can't move even if force is put into it. And once his power is lifted from the object all movements work normally again.

When in the world have you ever seen in Hollywood movies people actually hitting their targets with bullets. The accuracy percentage for Hollywood has to be utterly abysmal, like 99.99999999% of bullets fired miss. Especially when the gun is aimed at an important character.
