Hope you do the Redline movie sometime on patreon.

Potter889

As much as I hope Monogatari becomes next Patreon exclusive, there is no way in hell it will win if it goes against TBHX or SLF on a YouTube poll.

Roxy’s Holy Relic

Are you looking for an anime that’s both a visual and narrative experience? Do you enjoy clever writing and stories that make you think? Are you looking for mind bending dialogue and wordplay that’s part philosophy, humor, cryptic symbolism, and banter all rolled into one? You want an anime with characters who are deep, flawed, funny, broken, and real? Do you enjoy vampires and oddities? If this piques your interest I humbly recommend The Monogatari Series for the next Patreon exclusive anime.

Roxy’s Holy Relic

Agreed, any kinda niche anime will have a very low chance of winning a YouTube poll against flavour of the month/recency bias/super mainstream anime unfortunately. Having the vote on Patreon would somewhat level the playing field

There are still the movies AKIRA and Ghost in the Shell that were on the top of voting, they had more votes then Belle or Garden of Sinners + Perfect Blue and Paprika are also a highlight please react to these ones, some people are recommending them to you since you were watching AoT and that's just a starting line of great movies aka ABSOLUTE CINEMA there are more Redline Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust Ghost in the Shell Innocence Tokyo Godfathers Wolf children and many more...

charlymoon

Finally some more Garden of Sinners my beloved hope part 2 gets uploaded soon

Lu C

Luke > just a correction... there was no vote with Shangri-la frontier or To be hero X, people just recommended it like they recommend you a ton of other titles like (just stating facts) Black lagoon Claymore Yona of the Dawn Neon Genesis Evangelion Samurai Champloo and much more for Monogatari, it's a collection of titles, I would recommend to consume them in reasonable parts btw the word monogatari means story /tale in general that occurs in many unrelated titles

tomorrow as next slot is Saturday

Bit worried you weren't going to get back to these if you leave it too far it will be easy to forget all the details for the series, this is a great series.

Ryuk2501

I second Ghost in the Shell.

Asagami Fujino my beloved aka prototype Sakura Matou

The Garden of Sinners novels are the first published work of writer Kinoko Nasu and illustrator Takashi Takeuchi (aka the guys responsible for Fate). So this movie series are definitely the darkest, most complex, and weirdest / most interesting major works they’ve done. I’m so happy this series came back again to the reactions.

Arctic_Hokkyoku

I would argue that Tsukihime is darker, but mostly for off screen(non-visual) stuff.

Arctic_Hokkyoku

Glad to see you continuing this amazing top 10 series! Its my #1....so I know alot about the narrative and details. One of the things I like most about this series is that it shows the world for how it is. Fujino is sadly one of the many who go through these kind of things. Its in the mercy of Koukuto that she finds her hope. Thanks! And PLZ watch Movie 5 all in one Sitting if you can. (its 2 hours but very connected and and absolute cinema.)

Arctic_Hokkyoku

I think the Haunted sleepover would be cool. Great video idea just for us mega Luke fans.

You mean the maids right? Agree on that but I’m talking like heavy / dark per capita. There’s no SoL here

Please react to kalafina’s live💕💕

Recommending Macross Frontier for the next Patreon show!

Rem is best waifu

I would rather watch To Be Hero X or Monogatari series. Shangri-la Frontier is not really that interesting for a reaction imo but that is not up to me.
