I think it sounds like a fantastic idea! after the first season this anime really really picks up and it gets better and better for each season :) there are just some of those animes that are beyond amazing but lack the appeal of the general audience

Funny you bring up this voting idea Luke, I was actually thinking 🤔 the same thing. I think you should be able to choose what appeals to you as well. If Kinggdom appeals to you like it has in the past, you should watch it.

Season one's animation is rough so alot of people overlooked it as a show but even the live action adaptation of the show is doing fantastic. Season 6 is sitting at a 9.0 on Mal and still going up! You've asked again and again for big battles this is the place for it and you WONT be disappointed in that. As someone who was pushing for the ED so glad you enjoyed it~ reminded me of specialz from JJK oddly maybe it was the fire

I am thinking exactly the same as this people, i know that you will love Kingdom, black clover and bleach and also they are very good anime. hope you will find a way to have on a day "Special Luke anime Series" I am here to see you having pleasure and fun on anime, so i guess you should select yourself anime at least 1 day per week :D

Kingdom is one of the most epic series I've seen and put it right up there with the likes of Attack on Titan and Game of Thrones. The first season's animation is not the best... but it significantly improves and don't see it as an issue later on. And the story just gets better and better. Also one of the few anime that does large-scale battles between different competent factions well. Would love seeing people react to it and Kingdom definitely deserves more love!

A Luke slot sounds like a good idea. Luke WOULD love Kingdom but it wouldn't get many views (i'd watch on patreon only) There are so many ones Luke would LOVE that will never win

Kingdom would be a fantastic addition for a reaction. (Only the first season is rough.) Interestingly enough, the Manga is actually huge and still running. It is up there with the giants of the anime industry. Some examples for a comparison (approximate sales): - Attack on Titan: ~140 million - Bleach: ~130 Million - Jojos: ~120 Million - Kingdom: ~120 Millions. - Jujutsu Kaisen: ~100 Millions - My Hero Academia: ~100 millions.

Personally every anime I vote for I'm there watching with you (doesn't matter if it's my first time or a rewatch), for those that I haven't voted and haven't seen I try at least, as I never know if I might like that title I tried Kingdom out of curiosity when I was sick one day, ended up binging as much as possible 😁 And then I started to read manga as only approximately half is adapted... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

As everyone say 1st season animation is brutal but if you can manage it it only get better and season 3 is peak. Kingdom manga is my favorite manga and i ve probably read more than a thousand different manga in 25 years. Recently i subbed at some guy patreon just to watch his reactions because no one react to it.

Oh and Kingdom has from season 3 both composers that worked on AoT, Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto, but that doesn't mean the S1+2 had a bad composer, Minako Seki did great job with the ost Also KINGDOM is big in Japan, is getting 5th live action movie in summer 2026, the first 4 are on Netflix The 4th one was last year on the 3rd place in Japanese box office 😉

1 - For me the song of the ending is extremely similar to Tales of Zestiria Op (Superfly - White light), check it if you like it 2- You gonna love Kingdom, always mentioned about how would you love to watch an anime about battles, well...this one is. 3 - A Luke's slot is great, we've been commenting it for a while on discord, it's a shame it will take a slot of saturday or sunday...but i'm fine with it. At the end is also a way for you to not burn out.

I never participate in the tournaments because the only anime that win are the super popular ones. If you do watch Kingdom keep in mind that season 1's animation ti terrible but it get's much better by season 3. I didn't originally watch kingdom because of the animation but once I did it was easy to get through as it was just so good.

those 1000 on twitch that are voting...most of them are just voting against they hate and not what thy will watch -hence you get 150 viewers Honestly I would love to see a kingdom stream on twitch Also, if I hear one more time "it's too long, let's vote for something short like 12 eps"I will throw the monitor out the window..it does not matter how many eps are there if the show is great FFS

In this case, the views may come over time because of how underrated and lower ANIME promotion it gets compared to other shows. I like many just simply gave it a try, and now I can't get enough of it, but we will see.

If it wasn't for season 1 animation being awful 3d animation this anime would have been so popular. Most people checked out immediately after that and never came back to it.

Demon Slayer is at ~220 Millions and FMA at ~80 millions. So Kingdom is in the middle between them :)

Kinda important comment even tho is long: Related to twitch viewership on series that win i believe not many people are honest. I said this a lot but it is irrelevant my opinion due to how luke's react system works. I see 2 issues. 1) I "vote" for an anime then it loses but then I vote for 2nd or 3rd and so on and we get an anime I will either come and tune in and react or we get an anime I am uninterested at all. At that point I vote for whatever the "discord factions" decided it should win. It is 100% not fun that a bunch of people come together and it technically rig the poll because it is very hard to have a strong unity with random people vs discord people. Then luke will basically have 50% of discord peeps who voted as viewers (cuz the rest want another series but they vote in the hope the other 50% vote back them in some weird alliance) + some randoms. Which is not really what democracy is and it not the best way to bring more viewers. it's the perfect formula for same bunch people come together and win every poll and the natural viewers tune off as they get more and more rarely the anime they want . 2) Certain shows should not be finalized if viewership is a thing. I do not care about shokugeki after s3. I do not care about psycho pass after s1. There were many instances where I tuned out and sometimes never coming back but waiting next tournament. SAO is probably a happy example where I tuned out after s1 ended and was very uninterested and came back for alicization. Another example non twitch related is DxD, while I finished s1 fully after that s2&3&4 i only watch certain arcs or episodes and rest ignore. Not all series are rewatchable, people vote for what they want to FULLY watch but discord bros will always win z.z, their unity is too good and it's not like the discord bros are gonna tune in all of them to make it 100% worth. I personally believe that if views are important then you should start be more honest. If 150 people show up but that is not satisfactory enough and you'd rather want to watch that show but have 300 + viewers then ask people to vote for the one that people think will bring most views because most views are equal to most people watching. But that’s my opinion

I think you over estimate the voting pool on discord xD if they always got what they wanted it'd mostly be older series & non-shounen. having co-ordination helps to get things into the brackets yes but as far as voting blocks go its pretty much always up to the vast majority then 30 people in ani-chat on the discord moving the needle.

there is some anime are people vote and vote only and don't watch i found your channel and start watching then i come here and having fun watching jojo and now orb and if i have time i go back to watch naruto and i watch more than that and i will watch more in future there is some anime are so great and don't have any strong community and from this point i will start recommending you watching detective conan i think there is small to 0% from your community who vote for it if it have a chance to be in a vote in first place i watched you reaction to conan op both part and i think you achieve the requirement for part3 i am waiting to see it and to acknowledge you conan now has more than 1100eps but actually it is only +600eps that are from manga yes it is insane to think that near half of the anime is filler but conan are different to other anime conan usually have more than 2 chapter per episode that why it is have only +600 manga eps anyway if you want to start watching conan ( honestly i write an ep number then deleted it, i dont want you to watching to some ep and think the anime will not be better than this, and people have different taste. anyway conan start as a manga in 1994 and as an anime in 1996 and it is still going, the author still writing but the pace are half than before 2015 i think ( i am watching it from 2015 btw ) maybe i cursed him? ) the pace now is like 3-4 chapter every 2 month and maybe there is only me who will watch it i dont know about how other community react to conan dont tell anyone about this i like conan to a degree i retranslate most of the first 300eps but all of it in arabic so it will not matter to you and all of it not publicly available

I'd love to come to your Twitch more, but unfortunately it always starts an an inconvenient time for me. That's not your fault. I know you have to do your streams when convenient for you. It's just better for me to watch the stream on Patreon, which kinda sucks because there are a lot of times I'm watching the stream on Patreon and think "I wish I had been there to comment! Argh!" But that's the way of the world. I think you should do a Luke slot. If it's a show I'm interested in, I'll watch here like everything else. If it's a show I'm not interested in, I won't watch here, same as always. But you should have more of a say in what you want to watch.

Support you watching Kingdom 1000%. This has Luke written all over it. The first two seasons have rough but almost comical animation which detracts most people but the story is phenomenal! Animation in newer seasons much much better
