The movie Luke is talking about is from 2007 and stars Hayden Christiensen called Awake. Awake is about a man who experiences anesthesia awareness during a heart transplant, it made me afraid of getting surgery for life. Luckily in 2010 I didn't have anything go wrong with the hand surgery.

You're confusing time skip with time stop. It's time stop that's limited to 5 seconds. I won't reveal's Diavolo's time skip limit, but it's longer than 5 seconds and he can use it a lot more freely than other time-related users we've seen so far. Also, you're very likely wrong about Jotaro being able to defeat Diavolo. King Crimson's time skip + future sight makes The World's time stop pretty much useless, since the time stop itself is something that can be predicted and skipped over. Jotaro would probably get his ass kicked by Diavolo.

Aliens may or may not exist in Jojo. Part 4 made that clear. Actually Part 2 made that clear when Kars became the first Astronaut/Alien to whatever planet he lands on. Also, to be fair to why he might be happy and saying Yes, is because as Luke rightly identified, Chocolatta is an absolutely insane person. This next arc is another favorite of mine. A penultimate arc against a menace worthy of Part 3's penultimate challenge (Fucking insane Vanilla Ice)

Now I don't wanna be an american idiot about this, but Chioccolata is a basket case. He's turned that village into boulevards of broken dreams and has ruined everyone's holiday. Despite everything, Luke, I'm glad you're having the time of your life watching this part of JoJo, even though nobody woke me up when September Ended.

I think Luke is imagining that the ability works the same and he just avoids the bullets for example and that he would get hit if he was shot from every direction or bombs blow up all around him. When the ability is to skip that time all together. He could skip to point once the explosion has happened and resume, like he did with the hitman he skipped the time the bullets would have hit him and the bullets basically just resumed when they were between the boss and hitman or in the hitman.

It's widely disputed who is the most evil villain in Jojo's: Angelo, or Chioccolata. I'm not gonna argue for either side; all I know is they are some of the most reprehensible characters I've seen in fiction. And they're the worst people to gain stand abilities.

While the Stands awaken method may be linked to alien virus, it is about spiritual energy, Luke. Only those with similar abilities can see it, and it is kinda explained in part 3 it links with spiritual energy.

It entirely depends on who attacks first, because he wouldn’t be able to use his ability if time stops so Jotaro could one shot him. Or maybe when he tries to look into the future if Jotaro freezes time there is no future to see for however long it’s frozen. There are a bunch of ways for their abilities to interact and we will never know how they do unless Araki tells us.

That's true, but Diavolo has a massive advantage in a "who goes first" contest, thanks to Epitaph. Assuming that the not-stopped time is still able to be predicted by Epitaph, Diavolo could always easily deduce any time stop.
