"There will never be another anime like Aot", there will never be another anime like other anime, every anime is unique in their own way. Also Aot shares so much similarity to " the anime formula", even regular TV shows that aren't animated at all. Aot isn't unique because it doesn't share similarities to most anime, it's unique simply because it's Aot, and the same thing applies to every show to exist.

In relation to the size/speed of giant creatures. Although yes it would seem that if you were to scale something up it would move at the same relative speed but size and weight don't scale the same. If you double the size of something you cube it's weight (volume). So if you make something 10 times bigger you make it 1000 times heavier therefore it take ALOT more energy to move hence the slower speed. In terms of like Pacific Rim type mech fights it's still hard to scale size even with mechanical help. The best way to alleviate the weight restriction is to fight in space were that atleast isn't an issue.

Code Geass is a great example of an anime that's extremely similar to Aot, and Kabeneri of the iron fortress. Also Aot just shares the same traits as most other shounen, main trio consisting of one female and two males, young protagonists, power increases after timeskips ect...

And in terms of living creatures, small animals just think faster than larger animals and everything is much slower to them. Look at a Fly, they be Matrix dodging all the time, you have to confuse them, hit them with something faster than them or catch them off guard. Or rabbits doing crazy dodges agains predators. Doesn't aply to all smaller animals, just the ones that live shorter lives usually.

Sakuras powerup didn't come out of nowhere. They showed some of her training with Tsunade. And her jutsu (forgot the name) is, to store chakra in her body ober years. It's the same jutsu Tsunade has. That's why she looks young. It's very different from Naruto's training.

Luke, at a distance, planes look like they fly slow in the air. To show giant creatures, the camera is zoomed out which makes it look small. Up close, it would be moving fast and causing squalls of wind.
