It said if Gojo died or had no control over his body or mind, then Megumi will instead become the head of the Zenin clan. Since Gojo is sealed, Naoya will not become the head of the clan. It stated it outright. Also you seemed to have missed it but Itadoris mom, Kaori had stitches on her head like Geto. The brain was in Yujis mom at some point and Choso assumed the dad had the brain. Just confirmation that Choso and Yuji are in fact brothers and Yuji def killed two of his own brothers. Sad.

Kamo Noritoshi released I think it was 1000 malevolent yujis last season, if it’s 50/50 then 500 with the power to become vessels like yuji & 500 with cursed techniques. I imagine they would be forced participants in the Culling game since they were already marked.

Frustrate me so much when he missunderstand text and miss or don't connect crutial details like Choso saying his father had stitches then when we saw Itadori mother with stitches scars on her forehead and the grandfather saying she was dead. There is also another character with stitches on his forehead who was supposed to be dead.

I know what you’re saying but it was just theorized that those stitches were just more healed then Geto. It’s never talked about more so that was the confirmation on that. It’s not disputed.

Luke get it right into your thick skull, the household as you say it is not Fushiguro. It's Zenin. Megumi just uses his second surname i.e. Fushiguro (his mum's surname) not his father's i.e. the Zenin Clan.

Wasn't Kugisaki in the wheelchair that's megumi's sister who woke up at the end of S2, the blond girl behind her was not the medic from S2 but the female window nitta that has shown up quite a few times in S1 and S2 you can tell from the the brown roots in her hair. Also the bloodstain was at the elevator not in the main hall so we got our answer on what happened to the maid... :(

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE YUKI (blonde hair girl) she's one of the ORIGINAL and registered 4 Special Grade Sorcerers. that being Gojo, Yuta, Geto, and then Yuki. we haven't seen her fight obviously, but having the official title of Special Grade as a Human Sorcerer. is a massive feat in itself.

They also explicitly mention bringing him BACK INTO the Zenin Clan, which wouldn’t make sense if he was simply “choosing his last name”

The name they mentioned was Noritoshi Kamo which was the guy that made Choso and his brothers but that was just one of his many identities and I am fairly sure we never learned his real name. He was also the one that started the culling game at the end of season 2.

Important note. Those shots that you felt a little confused about (the hand washing scene, and the stairs) are all intentional and fantastic cinematography. They're meant to make you uncomfortable (like how some directors will film using dutch angles), to make you feel something is wrong. This is RIGHT after Shibuya, Yuji is not over the trauma and these scenes show it perfectly, him trapped in loops of guilt and shame over what "he" did. Moving forward but seemingly making no progress. Mappa is really good with framing scenes with intent, so if you see a strange shot take a second to see how it makes you feel.

The way I understood the will, if Gojo dies, the family gets jack-nothing and someone else becomes the head of the family and they get kicked to the curb. This show is REALLY going to have to work hard to make up for the f-fest that was season 2. I don't think there was a single episode I enjoyed last season, especially the lame-ass way they killed Namami.
