male and female prisoners can't be together. but as they said, he's a janitor as his prison job so he is allowed in the female wards. also i think if you have permission you can go into the other ward

i don't remember pretty much anything of what happens in part 6 (except the ending) but even so the discs popping out is pretty self explanatory. since its white snake's ability, anyone that he's done anything to such as the janitor will have discs. and the 2 times that they popped out were the 2 times the janitor was unconscious. so ermes made him unconscious by merging his 2 heads together before he could be killed and then the discs popped out

the disks are just white snakes ability he gave McQueen the Ability so as long as he has an ability from a disk a heavy hit can knock the disks out.

your soul is not materialzed in discs in general its whitesnake that does that so yeah if he interacted with someone after being defeated the discs will pop out but that doesnt just happen to anyone

The only person who had two stands is Dio, he had The World and Hermit Purple, because he's two people Dio/Jonathan.

Yeah the grayed out people was one of the complaints I seen alot about the first part of Stone Ocean. They hurried the animation imo and some parts are stiff and we all feared part 7 would be done like this, however it looks better I think 2nd half and the animation crew for part 7 is the same that did part 5. I think SBR is in good hands, now let's pray for weekly episodes, no batches.

He was knocked out, because both discs got removed he ended up in the same state as Jotaro, generally a stand is de activated upon being knocked out at least.

I'm sure if Yoshikage Kira says that it means that Emporio is trustworthy. Also, no spoilers please. I know jojo fans think they are subtle but they aren't.

Sheer Heart Attack was part of the hand of Killer Queen, so technically it's just a stand, Killer Queen (and they are definitively the same stand because only a bomb can be activated at the same time, Killer Queen can't explode stuff if Sheer Heart attack is activated). And if you ask why Kira has such a weird/powerful stand with several different abilities... well, he is the main villain of the part. Diavolo has also an extra ability, Epitaph, and White Snake is able to create disks and to use the sludge attack.

Dio has a version of Hermit Purple too, when he's showing Polnareff who killed his sister, you can see the purple thorns wrapped around the fortune-telling orb.

While McQueen's VA, Tooru Nara, has been in the business for a long time, the only main-ish role you might recognize him from is child Jiraiya, unless you somehow memorized the voice of Klaus from AoT or Kuro from Dungeon Meshi. He's also Snipe and Rikido Sato, both in MHA.
