it¨s been a while since i fell asleep a bit watching an anime episode :P jjk loredumps are a chore to watch

DRACO

As a manga reader, this episode presentation with the graphic design was amazingly well executed. And how much visuals put into this episode and not to mention make it more interesting with the colors and the animation of the graphic design. This is the most interesting to execute a yap session in an anime. So many amazing designs and presentation put into it. It way way way more better than the manga for readers to take in the explanation one by one.

DRACO

Also the Brain-kun guy is now named Kenjaku. You can say his name Kenjaku by now.

the meme gamer

Toji was working for the religious group

Honky

Took me like 50 minutes to watch a 20 minute episode cuz of all the rereading I had to do to make sure I understood and remembered everything they mention properly lmao

DRACO

Even though Luke is still 50-50 with some things we still love you luke and your reactions!

DRACO

NEXT EPISODE BOUTTA BE HYPEEEE!!!

Omer Durrani

Holy shit honestly this might be one of my favorite reactions to these kind of episodes from Luke. The pausing, going back to read, confirming information; sure he missed some but man was I happy you took the time to digest as much information as possible. Great reaction!!

Shuckleknuckles

Kenjaku aka Kenny the semi immortal with half a plan

SamJaz

The Kill-and-Revive only works when reviving Yuji because Yuji is built different, and can be revived from being a corpse. For everyone who isn't Yuji, Reverse Curse Technique (RCT) cannot raise the dead.

Sinbad_Deity

You can't just kill Tengen, as Tengen is immortal. Also Toji was a hitman for hire, who was hired by a religious group, that didn't want Tengen to assimilate with the vessel. He doesn't know Kenjaku exists. The inverted spear of heaven was used to almost end Gojo's life, when Toji used it against him, so it makes sense Gojo will destroy it seal it, and the rope was used up against Gojo, he didn't willingly destroy, he just defended himself.

Roli D. Great

Takaba's debut is here! And the mentioning of Hakari the goat is here too! So excited! :D

SamJaz

Takaba is hilarious and you will quote everything that he says

Roli D. Great

Even the actual manga of JJK in the culling games the most it's full of description of what you're seeing and in this episode it was entirely to review how the culling games actually work by giving you all the rules available before the said culling games begin. So you might as well focus on the narrative and the description in mid fights in the future episodes too! JJK is fully packed with everything i.e. action, drama, horrors, heck even comedy ;) But the most you 'only anime viewers' should focus the most are the subtitles on how the story is described as it progresses, cause at times JJK in itself is abit tedious to understand. But when you do, it (JJK) can be one hell of a ride! :)

GhostZethAaa

We just call the not-Geto guy Kenny, easier to remember

no u uwu

Chosoooooooo, that’s the cutest smile ever istg. Idk if you were told but Toji had the inverted spear of heaven & Miguel used all the rope in jjk zero. I know you did your homework but a refresh is always nice right c:

Shiffer

Inverted spear of heaven was Tojis weapon, thats how he was able to pack Gojo thru the infinity before he learned to use the reverse curse technique. The Black rope was the weapon Miguel used in the movie against Gojo.

Mason

Dont worry, not even Gege knows how the game works 🤔

Kindyh Bordat

You did well Luke, i'm proud of you for stopping and rewinding. Also Takaba and Hakari mentionned, my 2 goats can't wait to see them animated.

DaBoomba

LOL star platinum vessel Ahahaahahahaha

Moshi

Aww yisss Perfect Preparations, start!

Wakuza

just so you know Luke you saw that Takaba guy in the opening the weird half naked guy(vertically)

Fruit

Star platinum vessel 😭😭😭😭 I love it

Duke of Disorder

Can't blame Gojo for destroying the spear. I mean Toji traumatized him so hard that he went and learned how to throw hands despite his overwhelming sorcery hax.

Nikki C

takaba is my goooooaaaaat and i cant wait to see hakari animated 😁

maratreus ,

Gojo wasn't dumb or reckless by destroying those tools. By nullifying CTs they render gojo's "shield" useless and were used to hurt him. The "Inverted Spear of Heaven" in the hands of Toji basically killed him.

Bubbles

Seriously great job this reaction! I feel like you got it all pretty much down. I had to pause a lot this episode to try and wrap my head around all the lore dump lol and it def helped to watch multiple reactions to it.

Stavik96

Toji was hired by the Time Vessel Association that didn't want Tengen to be tainted by mixing it with the girl iirc. No clue if our brain sorcerer was behind it though. Geto's body did resist the brain back in season 2 but yeah I would say Geto is properly gone now and it was just the body resisting for a brief moment for the sake of his best friend Satoru.

Finelia Braun

Hell yeah, I am sooooo hyped to see more of him (and a certain guy in a bathtub... hihi)

Finelia Braun

Great reaction, you did good indeed. :3 Though I also find your confused reactions adorable, haha. :D

Stefan Jipa

Choso is the best here… You did very well this episode, really well! I was failing to read the chapters around this period, different part of culling games were explained multiple times and also scattered through the arc with different info😅 Standup time next?!

idkwhy

Luke, you did great! You understood it better than I did when I first watched this episode!
