Cowboy Carter please 🤍

Jennifer Bell

I'd love to see you react to Heartstopper its cute

Lavenderdazed

Its actually impossible being a woman my god. Imagine being villianized for seeing a friend as a friend. How about this, guys, dont pretend to be friends with a woman if you only want love or nothing.

Cynavox

Love your reactions man. Always good to have someone to watch one of my favorite shows with. To this day though, my favorite moment from any of your reactions was from 2, maybe 3 years ago, when you were reacting to something from Pentatonix and like a minute into their song you pause the video and say "Is this acapella??"

PoshDoll

Yesss my show is on 🥤🍿

Kam69

Luke, you really should skip the "previously" recaps at the beginning of every episode. They spoil major events right before they happen taking away some of the shock value.

Airtiger

I love how Luke is already loving Uncle when Uncle is only just getting started

Orieng

Watching Ang fight, reminds me of how Jackie Chan fights :p Edit: 2min after writing this comment, chat said the same hahaha xD

Ardane

First the moon and now skulls?

G.O.T GAMES

It was more, if a guy is into someone and that person knows they like them, let them know plainly that you do not like them back. Nothing extra and it goes both ways. That way the person knows the relationship and can decide to be friends or move on.

Craig

Luke, he was talkong about Him, The Avatar, they are all the same spirit, that is reincarnation. That is that the whole thing with the Avatar hun.

Abraham Perez

I know he missed it on Episode 13 Blue Spirit, but I wish he had noticed that it was directed by Dave Filoni

SidekickSteph

Luke, I’ve been watching your videos since you first watched Ready For It by Taylor. Taylor, ATLA and Friends are my 3 favorite things in the world, so you watching this show makes you officially, by far, my favorite reactor out there. You are such a gem of a human, and I know that not only will you LOVE this show, but it will change you forever, just like Taylor did, bc it too is a gem 💎 SO excited to see your journey!!

SidekickSteph

It’s not that deep, his reaction was that of jokingly shipping two characters. You may be right, but shipping two animated characters and joking about it isn’t the same as villainizing a woman. It also goes both ways, woman say things about men, and how they act, both in and out of relationships. Luke doesn’t have a cruel bone in his body, he doesn’t have ill intent, and meant no harm by it.

Airtiger

My take on the Aang hiding the map thing was that while he was happy for them to find their father, he also knew that he would just be getting ignored more. Since Katara and Sokka are basically all he has right now, and him having the 12 year old mentality, he panicked and hid it. At least he eventually confessed

Aizaku Kuroki

Love to see Luke enjoying ATLA.. especially after waiting for it for years and seeing it loose to s* like Food Wars.. twice.. xD

shiro kun

I agree, that made me feel really bad about the same things, too...

ReDragon8700

love your hairy chest brother, you out here like tarzan.. no smoke, you gotta show off that fur!

shiro kun

About the friend zone scene, Katara clearly didn't even consider that Aang (young and childish as he is), could even have feelings for her atp. Which is why Luke's argument about "let them know plainly" or whatever makes no sense, Aang didn't even confess to Katara, so her stating that they are just friends wasn't even an act of friendzoning. As for actual friendzoning, please at least consider the circumstances: if you are already friends with someone and then suddenly confess, the other person saying "i'd rather just be friends" is totally valid. If you are on a date, getting to know someone and making advances clearly intended to be romantic or whatever and THEN get "friendzoned", that is a different matter. Either way, just clearly communicate your feelings to one another and be understanding and respectful of other peoples feelings and boundaries. (Sorry for the long comment but i really felt the need to pause and type this out...)

Katie Wyatt

Luke's take on the friendzone really bothers me. What he said is exactly what we mean when we say men expect a relationship just because they're nice. It was kind of an incel/chud take. It's this weird belief that the friendzone is this nefarious plot by women to hold men on a chain, when really it's just wanting to be friends. Like, if I'm good friends with someone, and they develop feelings for me, why should I cut them off completely? Of course, I'm going to say I want to be friends. It's not my fault you can't control your feelings. That's your responsibility.

Kitty

It was deeply uncomfortable listening to this as a lady. A lot of unconscious misogyny and sexism was on display from you in this session x.x Edit: the concept of the friend zone is inherently sexist and perpetuates the idea that men and women can't just be friends unless they want sex/romance or something similar out of it. Women DO want to be friends!! It's not some sinister trap meant to string guys along as "backups!" And the concept unfortunately contributes to sexist mindsets that still leads to sexual harassment and assault today, it's not as if it's a foreign concept from centuries ago, it still influences mindsets now! I know Luke probably didn't mean it maliciously, he's a sweetheart, but you have to be more conscious of things you say to a wide audience!

chakalicious

Hello past twitch me, I see you there at 1:20 :D

Alex

As a woman, I did not feel that way at all about this. I don't think you actually got the point of what was being said.

Alex

Yay I've been looking forward to this!!

Lane Kyser

I really hope the friendzone thing was just a bit, because Katara didn't do anything wrong. Its not like anyone owes anyone else romantic feelings, and the Meng thing illustrates that perfectly from the other side of the MC's perspective. Aang is doing the same thing as he felt Katara was doing to him

Andrew

I would 100% want to be told no right away by a girl when asked out and not friendzoned and led on forever, because my dumbass doesn’t know when to stop trying when they keep talking and leading on. Same as, I’d rather be broken up with right away if the girl is having doubts and not try to work on things at the beginning and prolong the inevitable.

Anarchy

Who doesn't love uncle iroh from very early on

Adam Boys

u clearly dont understand what sexism is🤦‍♂️

Adam Boys

its really not that deep...you cant take everything so personally

Mari

I finally caught up on the avatar reactions, these are great. I'd been meaning to rewatch the show for years now. This is one of those shows that truly does only get better every single episode. It starts a bit slow but it really picks up

Andrew

When I was in 8th grade we were being stupid in the gym locker room after PE when we changed and I was inside the bathroom stall and my friends were pushing on the door trying not to let me out and my hand slipped to where the door locks shut on the slide and tried to lock on my thump. I hadn’t seen my body bleed so much 😂😂😂 it luckily didn’t hurt a ton, but took a huge chunk out of the side of my thump and pushed the skin up lol took forever to heal. I just kept bleeding threw the paper towels immediately. My teacher gave me a bandaid after and I kept replacing it and hid it from my parents for like a week 😂

Taco

Its always woman not understanding, always have to find something to be uncomfortable about

Anni

luke just something to you think about, you noticed that in episode 15 sokka was being pretty rude unententionally to aang but you didnt say anything, but katara said one phrase that wasnt even a big deal and you complained about it? why do you get so offended when its katara but not with sokka?

Simkus

I also second about the doors. When I was little I think 5 years old, I didn't really consider these things that it can hurt you especially when the door is heavy. Due to air current door slammed on one of my finger and literally chopped off the tip of my finger. Parents were shocked so had to have a surgery, but well I have a shorter finger just.

Penny

Aang is 10 and Katara is 14 — that’s a pretty big developmental gap at that age. Calling him “sweet” and “cute” isn’t friendzoning; it’s actually a very normal, healthy response from an older kid who cares about him but isn’t ready to treat it like a romantic relationship. She’s acknowledging his feelings without encouraging something inappropriate for their ages. That shows emotional maturity, not annoyance or rejection.

Penny

This isn’t just about a cartoon character. For women, this is real life — all the time. Being able to set boundaries, move at our own pace, and not be labeled “annoying” for it matters. So yes, it’s important to talk about.

shiro kun

100% agree, be mindful what you say to a big audience!

Mary

That's a weird thing to say Luke. You see, when a woman puts a guy in the friendzone, it is because all she has to offer him is friendship. If he doesn't want that, HE should walk away. I hope this is clear in 2026, but NO means NO, just as FRIENDS means FRIENDS, not maybe. If a guy decides on his own to pretend they care for while they wait for a chance to get in her pants, that's on him. If he then blames her for his choice, that's textbook insane behavior of HIM.

Yogesh Mehta

If someone rejects romantic advances, it means that they're not romantically interested. If they say they want to be friends, it's because they like you enough to want to be friends (which is a pretty awesome relationship). That's really all there is to it. It's not b/c they want to "string you along" to use you as a "backup". If Luke was speaking from a bad past experience, that really sucks, but it doesn't mean that that's normal behavior or specific to women, which is what he made it seem. There's a specific misogynistic idea that that's what women (and only women) do and that's what "friendzoning" is, so even if Luke doesn't agree with that (which I'm sure he doesn't), he did feed into that idea when he broadcasted that message to hundreds of people. I was very uncomfortable during that rant.

Anarchy

Now I do wanna say Aang is 12 not 10.

Arctic_Hokkyoku

52:06 Yeah, the fluffy bunny cloud....Brings destruction. Especially for people whose names start with S and end with ubaru.

Malik Ford

Stop complaining about what Luke said obviously you don’t understand so why comment on it

Ara Araragi

To whoever said you can't make a metal canoe: as someone who's had to lug an aluminum canoe through multiple portages, you absolutely can.

Whitebeard

He already commented exactly what he means

Finelia Braun

There is no thing such as a "friendzone"... There are simply friends. If you just wanna fuck her and don't like her for her personally then don't be a fucking incel crybaby and leave her tf alone. If she isn't worth a good friendship he def isn't worth anything more. And no woman don't "friendzone" guys to keep them as a maybe wtf. Ever thought they might just wanna be friends with you? God damn it. Please be more mature.

Finelia Braun

Thank you! I always tell people there is no such thing as a friendzone, just friends. I once told a friend who told me he was intrested in us to be more that I just see him as a friend and when he said it sucks to be friendzoned I was sooo angry. I said he needs to think about what he wants, and if he can stay friends with me then that's great but I don't want him to stay because he will always think MAYBE ONE DAY or smt like that and that if he doesn't feel like jsut staying friends than that's fine with me and we can cut the contact but I have enough selfworth to not let a guy hang out with me that thinks so misogynistic.

Finelia Braun

Thanks, I am so glad I am not alone here with this. Luke usually is emotionally intelligent and I mostly like his reactions for that but this statement really made me upset af.

Finelia Braun

Because just like 90% of men on this planet he is an internalized misogynist.

Finelia Braun

But men fucking feel that way, that'S why statistically they are the most dangerous thing on this planet to a woman.

Finelia Braun

You know what happens every 3 days when a woman pisses off a guy like that? They get unalived, Luke. The world sucks for females, there is never a way to make it "right" for men. You think that way and I def believe you are a good guy, but there are millions of others who would say the opposite "Ohh that beach, why would she be so cruel, she could have been nice about it then I didn't have to (unalive, beat, whatever) her" .... this is not feminist shit I make up, this is facts.

Finelia Braun

Maybe you are simply one of the very few women on this planet that had the luck not to have problems over problems with guys they saw as friends who got angry at getting friendzoned as if we owe them a fuggn realtionship....

X3Naruto

No it is even deeper Adam, women have to deal with that sh..it every single day. Because of men

X3Naruto

Finelia, the statistics prove that men are the most dangerous thing for a women. We suck so hard, and i am really sorry you all have to deal with that sh..t

Some0neElse

Somebody got a bit triggered 😅 Also you may not like it but getting friendzoned is a real thing. When a guy have a crush on a girl and tries to approach her but shes like "i like you as a friend" that thing hits like a truck

Mary

No one is saying that getting friendzoned is not a real thing. They're saying that If a guy is friendzoned and that's too harsh for him, HE should leave. If HE stays, its because HE decided to stay. Period. There's no logic on staying and then blaming women while keep b1tching abt how hard it is to stay as friends when no one is keeping them captive. Read better. Be better.

Mary

Because yall are the ones who seem to somehow don't understand that NO is NO the same way that FRIENDS is FRIENDS, not maybe...

Malik Ford

What does that have to do with avatar the last air bender it’s not that deep calm down like I said you clearly don’t understand the point he’s making so stop turning it into something it’s not

Osborn Malakhov

Jeong Jeong says fire will destroy everything in its path but water is also a great destructive force on its own. Also a rock will not throw itself - you have rock avalanches and for wind we have tornadoes. These are pretty destructive forces and are produced by mother nature itself. So his logic is kinda flawed, everything could be a source of destruction and it doesn't even have to be supernatural like people bending those elements to have a disaster. Other than that he's been spittin' non-stop facts or should I say he was spittin' fire? I'll see myself out

Mary

OMG thank you. I though people were gonna say I'm being a crazy feminazi or woke, but I'm glad seeing though other comments that I'm not the only one. I also appreciate Luke as a person because as you say, he's usually very mature and respectful, sunshine like, and I also suddenly felt so uncomfortable when he went on about this in a tone that was weird from start to end. From blaming Kathara for acting as a 14 year old girl, to hanging it on all women as the collective reason men "get led on" like if women owned their actions... It was disturbing and out of character, but I get it, no one knows everything all the time, and words sometimes are all over the place, or so I hope. Thank you :) sending you a big hug <3

Mary

It would seem it is rather men who are the ones uncomfortable with rejection, to the point they think they hear "maybe" regardless of the actual reply.

Mary

Let me try make it easy for you, I mean, the part where you said "my dumbass doesn’t know when to stop trying": 1st. You tell her you want to be romantically involved. 2nd. You listen to her reply: She said || Means || Do NO --> NO --> Stop Trying, go away FRIENDS --> FRIENDS --> Stop Trying, go away MAYBE --> MAYBE --> Try BUT GET clear terms and conditions YES --> YES --> Try hard as you see fit Hope it helps...

Mary

Totally agree with you Kitty. Woman blaming is not a Joke.

Mary

It is something he defended and is not right. It's just natural to be called out. Do you have empathy to understand how this is upsetting women? Do you even have the desire of understanding?

Kino M.P

When does Luke stream avatar? I always miss it.

Aaren YASS

Proximity syndrome+ max aloofness= Chill and Mysterious ✌️

Aaren YASS

Luke, the reason Aang was "more obnoxious" is because all of his kindness was going to Katara, the pretty girl he likes. He was, knowing or not, being rude and ignorant of the girl that likes him. A lot of guys will be rude or even offensive if not at least, dismissive, of girls they find unattractive. As if to say "yo, I don't like you so don't get any ideas" because men use kindness as a way to show ROMANTIC interest. Woman use kindness as a sense of Social belonging in SOCIETY because of BASIC ETIQUETTE and POLITENESS. *Be kind to everyone!! Not just because you want something from them. (*Last part is not directed towards Luke, but to anyone that for some reason, doesn't know this)

Aaren YASS

@Some0neElse. Getting "friend zoned" is real but BEING IN THE FRIENDZONE is not. No one is holding the other person in that zone, they are responsible for being there. It being usually men, they put themselves there and then PROCEED to complain about it! Ain't nobody holding u in the zone bro, stop being pathetic. Grow up and move on or shut up and be grateful for what's likely a genuine friendship. (Something guys can have trouble with other guys, actually being friends and not just two guys hanging out)

Aaren YASS

Respectfully... Isn't you being a dumbass... Your problem? Can't you be told NO and then also offered friendship? And if you don't want anything other than getting into her pants then obviously, walk away from friendship? It's not friends-with-benefits ship. No one is leading you on, they're just being thoughtful and inclusive cuz that's what being a friend is. Genuinely feel so sorry for you bro if you've never had good friends in ur life. Kindness ain't just for romance!

Adam Boys

you do realize this isnt something only women go through right?? and acting like all men are the problem or not being able to tell the difference between actual misogyny and a joke just makes the situation worse... you people just assume everything is misogynistic

Nikkelz

Thursdays 8:30 BST on twitch, you can catch the schedule in the discord or on the main channel's community page

Finelia Braun

YOu know, I am a girl into girls and when a girl did that to me I wasn't like all you pathetic guys crying over getting "friendzoned" I was simply friends with her and after a while I got over it and we still friends today. That's how it works if oyu are mature.

Finelia Braun

That's a good explanation, I'll remember.

Anarchy

Dang my timeline of this show really sucks all things considered. I haven’t watched this show I had no clue the blue mask person was this early

Cbass

Katara wasn’t being unkind to Aang, she’s only 14. She views him as a younger brother, and it would be really odd if she didn’t at this point. She doesn’t have him having a crush on her on her radar at all at that point. She’s definitely not playing around or leading him on in any way.

Sakura Minamino

Yeah, Aang is 12. Still a bit of a developmental gap, especially as Katara has been taking on Parental duties since she helped take care of the house in the South Pole and monitors both Sokka and Aang a lot of the time too.

Zaki Alkabli

You dont speak for all women. I definitely was weirded out

Zaki Alkabli

Lets not spread false info on their ages especially considering… yno…

Zaki Alkabli

She wasnt aware of aangs feelings clearly. She was acting just how she always normally does and didnt do anything deserving of negativity…

Mimi

It made me uncomfortable as well. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Daniel Turchan

Luke, no, when Zuko is in that, he DOES NOT FIREBEND, the authors went out of their way to make Zuko not firebend when Blue Spirit, the first guard was hung upside down, he shot backwards as he was drawn upward to the ceiling flipping upside down. The Blue Spirit persona was meant to be a secret identity, with 0 evidence it could b Zuko, that’s why he doesn’t use swords normally even tho he is highly skilled, signifying this may not be the first time he’s snuck into fire nation territory as the blue spirit while in exile.

Erik Dobbs

Wow, first off The friend zone is a thing. Being put there sucks, but you get over it. And that is fine. respect the other persons decision. if they don't like you then move on. However, when someone uses the friendzone like a weapon, that is not ok. There are plenty of people that do that, just to keep you on the hook so to speak, so that if the fish they want gets away, they can reel you in until they find another fish. That is not ok. and before you blame the person for sticking around, weaponized friendzoning is hard to get out of, the person gives you just enough to think they will give you a chance. anyway, sorry for the long response. I just think its important to see the other side, so to speak... not everyone has good intentions.

Bennie

I'm so sad to see all the negativity gathered after these episodes. I'm sorry that some of you went through some rough things, but not all men are evil, manipulative, or even know what they're doing. And I am 100% sure Luke meant everything he said in a positive and respectful way, with zero backhanded negative intentions. The way I see it, the friendzone can only exists if even a droplet of love already exists. It's defined by either upfront or descrete rejection, faced towards someone who feels something more than friends. That means, if BOTH people want to be friends, then it's obviously just friends, and likewise if both people like each other, then it's something more than friends. But if one person has different intentions than the other, that's where the friendzone can exist. I think all Luke did was empathize with the rejection that Aang faced. Despite saying stuff like he hopes Katara is experiencing something uncomfortable, I am 100% sure he didn't truly mean it.

Bennie

The way I see it, the "friendzone" is an emotional response that most often males feel, when their feelings towards someone else aren't mutual. It doesn't have to be rejection, it doesn't have to be acknowledged, it's just whether or not those feelings are mutual. That friendzone can hurt a LOT. If you have ever experienced heartbreak, it can 100% be just as painful as that. people are talking about how, if person 1 doesn't recipricate person 2's feelings, the responsibility is entirely on person 2 to act on that. Person 1 has distanced themselves from it, and as others have put it, a no is a no, no matter who nonconsents. To make one thing clear, I completely agree that if person 2 is getting friendzoned, it is entirely their responsibility to be mature and act accordingly after that, not person 1's. With that said, I want to shine some light on how it feels to be in the position of person 2, though. Not because person 1 should feel guilty or anything, but because person 2 might do some seemingly strange things from that point on. From my experience, most of the time, the reason person 2 ends up behaving immature or straight up psychotic in such a situation, is because they STILL love person 1. Dulling that love (or just general likeness towards a person) can be REALLY difficult, especially for men (A lot of us grow emotionally attached, it doesn't really have to do with sex, actually.) In such cases, if person 2 doesn't have the strength to fight through dulling that love, in most cases they will end up externalizing those feelings, which then will end up hurting person 1. Usually, the way person 2 handles the strong and swelling emotions, is by distancing themselves. This is why, when people say "Why can't guys just be friends? When girls say no, that doesn't mean they hate you, it just means they want to maintaing their friendship with you," one of the realest responses from guys is actually "it hurts too much to be close to you every day, knowing we can't be together. That is why it is easier for me to leave. And that is why, if we can't be together, then we can't be friends." It is not an attempt by guys to put the blame on girls, at all. It is simply guys admitting defeat, admitting they aren't strong enough; that it hurts too much, and growing by realising they have to just let it all go. I hope this could shine some light on how the reciever often feels when friendzoned.

Ryanswaggy 22

I love that you joke so much about Aang and Zuko ending up in a relationship, but frankly (maybe it’s because I’ve seen the whole series and have a bit more to go off of) I think that Zuko and Sokka make a much better pairing. Aang and Zuko seem better as friends because they would bicker too much. But if the past is put aside, Zuko and Sokka are very similar personalities.

Sam Hughes

No man wants to be friends with girls sorry the truth disturbs you lol

Soiren

As a woman, ya'll are overreacting. There are chicks who play mind games when it comes to the friendzone thing, and there are men who beat women for stupid shit. But just as you guys aren't talking about ALL MEN when you mention the beating shit, most people aren't talking about ALL women when they complain about the friendzoning shit. Women are not victims, stop acting like we are. and Men aren't abusers, stop acting like they are. Some are, in both circumstances, but that doesn't define the entire demographic!

Soiren

The concept of the friendzone does actually exist though, it's something men go through all the time. It's just not universal. If both parties clearly define their terms, all is well.

Soiren

Or because he just got on a span of episodes that Katara was the shitty one in and currently is disappointed by her character? Like he was shitting on Sokka for awhile too until episode 4 lol. You can't be thinking about the sexes like that, it just creates hatred. Maybe, jsut maybe, he had a reason that situation set him off, and you making assumptions is really, really unfair? Just like what you're saying is supremely sexist, but I'm sure you have reasons for why you're saying it?

Soiren

See, this is a reasonable take. Being extra nice to someone (there's a difference between being NICE and being nice, if you get what I mean) is a man's way of showing interest, and women don't clock it because it's different for them. It is however a bit unfair though to get mad at men for not understanding women though when said women don't understand men. I think there's this issue a lot, where there's a case where the two sexes jsut inherently think differently to each other, and treat each other badly because they think they should act like them on the matter. I think we should just accept we both see the world differently instead of insisting we see the world from the others' point of view at all times.

Soiren

Women also don't understand no is no, the difference is women are usually not the pursuers in any situation. Seriously, if you look into the stories of some things, women act WORSE than men when they are the ones actively in pursuit. Now, I don't think that's a woman issue, I think it's jsut we don't push those standards of how to behave onto women to the same degree we do men. Also, both sides send mixed signals. There are ABSOLUTELY women out there where "no" means "keep trying". And then there are the ones where no actually does mean no lol. And the same applies vice versa, but not as often, because again, men are usually the ones pursuing. Anyways, my point is jsut, it ain't "yall", it's humans..... humans all do this.

Soiren

Dude, there are women who say no and actually mean maybe. There are men who do that too, it's jsut not as often. It's like that one episode of Violet Evergarden, the chick was saying "no" but in reality she jsut wanted to be pursued. Chicks literally do this all the time, and I say that as a chick. So stop acting like it's so simple, maybe you should yell at women more who actually play these dumb games?!

Andrew

I know they do it a lot and I know guys do it a lot lol I just have like two fake little people on my shoulders telling me what to do. One is like stop talking to her or act like you don’t care. Then the other one is like. What if she likes it and now you’re going to miss out. So I’m just always like what do I dooooo haha

Katie Wyatt

@Soiren its okay, every group has their pickmes, Mrs. I'm not like other girls.

shiroyama kurosaki

There was a hint at the start they started off with the blue spirit watching then they switched to zuko talking about zhaos forces lol it was a big giveaway

Storage Box

aang never confessed to her, though? was katara supposed to read his mind?? expecting a 14 year old girl to be a damn mind reader 😅

StrykerEvol

Luke is right. As a kid, i lost some teeth to doors. Never play with doors, kids.

Where do we go to watch with you?

A reuben sandwich is constructed of (preferably marble) rye bread, corned beef, swiss cheese (i recommend baby swiss), sauerkraut, and 1000 island dressing or russian dressing (i've always used 1000 island). The bread should be toasted with a little butter in a pan before setting aside and adding the corned beef to the pan. Heat to your liking, i like when the edges just start to barely crisp. Next, add the swiss cheese on top of the meat and cover with a lid. The steam will melt the cheese. Finally, assemble the sandwich. I recommend draining some of the liquid from the sauerkraut so the sandwich doesn't get soggy. Enjoy hot. Luke if you do actually try this please let me know, i take this sandwhich quite seriously and am curious to know your thoughts.

I am a woman and have 2 male best friends. And in a very happy 23+ year relationship with another. Men can totally just be friends with women. It doesnt have to be romantic or sexual.

58:39 what if a girl genuinely values a guy as a friend and wants to remain friends and has no romantic feelings toward him at all? Is she supposed to lie?

I think this may be just a misunderstanding of his point and partially his fault for making the statement about women friend zoning men and not in general, because there are certainly women who would also keep pursuing after being friend zoned. A person may not intentionally mean to lead someone on but friend zoning could leave the door open in the other person’s mind for a relationship. It’s not necessarily anyones fault (unless they commit harm) but just the reality of how some people take things. What I got from him is to not be ambiguous at all. There are situations where a person friend zones just to be nice but really doesn’t even want friendship. It may take saying plainly that you’re not interested in a romantic relationship. Also, if you do want to continue the friendship but the other person can’t be friends without a relationship, you’ll have say “let’s not see each other anymore”. Sucks that it would have to be that way but some people need an obvious, unambiguous line drawn in the sand to get it.
