//OFFTOPIC By the way, will we ever get *Initial D* please ? It doesn't get much attention these days, even though it's an older anime... It has a great soundtrack, and if you're even remotely interested in cars, you might find it really engaging.

This is the last season but it is the longest one, it has been going on for a couple years. On the final Cour now but you will like it. Luke this is the first video I have seen you standing watching an anime, good on your back.

Nikkelz

It made it decently far in the sports tourney but will struggle in the generals likely. only time will tell.

This is where DR. STONE started losing me. I'm not sure why, either. It's still good, but I think it's too...fast. It's like the author decided to speedrun the ending. I don't know. Maybe it will be better on a second watch.

What they mean by having to constantly steer is that they have to be constantly checking their heading and be accurate about their location to effectively make senkus route. The other option is less work and l much less chance of mistakes, since they only have to keep heading the same with compass. Both ways you also have to keep in mind the waves and wind that would be pushing you of course.

Years ago I used to make various lagers, ales, pilsners, and wines from kits. Well over 100 gallons while my friend and I were at it over a couple years. The beer only took about 3 weeks IIRC. Anyone can do it though having proper equipment and sanitation is important. Here's an AI explanation for the carbonation from yeast: "Yeast carbonates beer through natural fermentation: it consumes sugars and excretes alcohol and carbon dioxide (CO₂) gas. When the beer is sealed in a closed container (like a bottle or pressurized keg), this CO₂ cannot escape and is instead forced to dissolve directly into the liquid, creating effervescence." We added measured amounts of sugar during the bottling process to have each bottle carbonate itself after the main fermentation process in the 6 gallon glass carboy's was complete. Leaves residue in the bottom but removes the need to use expensive CO₂ tanks. I assume most commercial beers get filtered and are manually carbonated afterwards.
