Barack O. Llama

i think for senku, the bats flying over him to go to their cave were dripping nitric acid from them

Fay X84

The sad? thing is that while Xeno was developing his little kingdom, Senku was busy fighting Tsukasa, then Hyuga then the Island crazy dude who looks like Jafar from Aladdin 💦

The platinum is used as a catalyst, so it isn't consumed and can be used infinitely. Senku was lucky to get platinum that his dad had spent his lifetime collecting, but he didn't get it until he went to the island. Xeno's luck on the other hand goes far beyond that with him starting out with it. This difference is likely why Xeno has more advanced tech, and had he not had the platinum ring, the tech advantage would likely have been flipped.

It is also that Xeno had a ton of people to start out with since they were all told to think before they were petrified. Senku needed to figure out the alcohol by himself

Magic Fibre

I don't know if you remember season 3, but the reason they are now able to make infinite nitric acid is because they got platinum, painstakingly collected by Byakuya thousands of years ago. It's a catalyst, meaning that it lets a reaction happen without being a part of that reaction, so it doesn't get used up. Senku had to fight Tsukasa to get the nitric acid cave (which got destroyed), then Ibara to get platinum (and medusa), while Xeno just got it for free. That's the main reason why he's so ahead of Senku in terms of scientific progress. About the bullets - I'm sorry but that's false. While you're right that bullet going straight through you is better, it's because you don't need to get it out and because you're not getting hit with all of its kinetic force. A body does not pump more blood to a limb to expel foreign objects. Two holes in your body would bleed more than one would.

I am not an expert by any stretch, but in this situation, going by the drawing made of a dismembered body when the girl imagined a sniper bullet impact, I think the solid "sniper" bullet would have had way more stopping power than a standard 9mm bullet's impact changing the probability of survival. The fact that it was slowed by the wood, fractured and then later further slowed by the arrow root liquid is surprisingly possibly the best case scenario of survival. On the topic of platinum: I remembered all the previous focus on why platinum is used to both create revival fluid as well as create gunpowder. But I think a quick still shot of Senku's father panning for platinum would have been enough to connect the dots and signify it's importance for most viewers. On that topic Dr. X is one lucky mfer, lucky in having nitric acid wash him after thousands of years, having no human competition and having a random civilian who heard his warning think put of all things a platinum ring in his mouth before turning to stone. Dr. X should have played the lottery with that luck.

I don't think prioritizing weapons in a post apocalyptic scenario is all that odd? Other people are what you have to fear the most in such a scenario and weapons also help get food which is a core priority.

The Pots

Luke, you've forgotten that the reason S3 existed is to get Platinum so they can produce unlimited nitric acid -> revival fluid

PrintsOfWhales

If you are going to Toy Story 5 stay until after the credits. Pixar have done a “Taylor Swift” and added an extra scene!

Tyler Rimmel

Does anyone find it funny that Xeno could have just said Senku is the guy with giant green hair.

Flittermouse

I think he has probably dropped this anime. He hasn’t reacted to any more episodes.

Steve Montero

Are you going to continue ? This season is peak !!

Steve Montero

I really don't think so, he normally finishes all the animes when starts, probably too much to see at the same time, I hope he comes back, this season is really peak!
