This is a plugin that adds an UI to manage the upgrades plugins you have. Upgrades plugins are custom plugins built specifically for this system. Upgrades plugins are released with the AEMU (Aeternum Mods Upgrades) prefix, not SPQR, for easier distinguishing and indexing.

This control panel is optional. It's not necessary to use this for upgrades plugins to work, they're all standalone independent plugins. But with this active, you have a quicker way to find, add and control the available upgrades plugins. As more and more upgrades plugins get released, using this will become very useful to keep track of what's going on and what you have active on your model.

It adds:

πŸ’ŽA main button at the top of the person vam UI, for quick access of the upgrades UI

πŸ’ŽA detailed list of the available upgrades plugins

πŸ’ŽAn active effects list at the right of the person UI, allowing for quick management of upgrades

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add the plugin on a person atom. Click on settings or on the new AEM Upgrades button that appears to open the upgrades control panel.

  • If you use this plugin a lot and want to have it always on all your characters, you can add it as a session plugin too. When it's added as a session plugin, it will automatically add itself to all the models in your scene while playing vam.

UPDATED TO V2 (01/26/2025)

  • Changed positions of the effects icons & main button to look better in VR

  • added a new button "Clear Off" which removes all upgrades plugins that are disabled (the greyed out ones from the effects list)

  • added support for var version detection to always use the latest upgrade available in the listing, similar to how vam items are listed (only v3 for example, not v2 and v1 too at the same time)

UPDATED TO V3 (01/27/2025)

  • Adjusted style & colors to be more consistent and easier to read. Upgrades that are enabled appear as slightly purple and are easier to distinguish. Active icons have a purple border too.
