This is my first VAM update after quitting earlier this year for a while. This update to AliveCore is meant to fix some things and add more animations to the models.
BUG FIXES This update includes fixes for a few bugs I found in AC8, namely:
a problem where the models would glitch and nod their heads slightly at certain camera distance thresholds (half a meter)
a problem where the models mouths would sometimes distort and enlarge too much
NEW EYE ANIMATIONS
Models now have more eye animation in AC9. Both the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid have more states and are more dynamic and lively.
NEW MOUTH ANIMATIONS
Mouths in AC9 are now a bit more alive. I added new procedural animations that make the model do more behaviours that involve opening the mouth or popping the lips. I adjusted some animations that were too exaggerated and fixed some issues with the mouth width.
CHANGELOG
added a few memory leak performance fixes
increased range for dynamic head joint variation for more head poses
fix head nod glitch at half a meter camera distance
added new mouth animations
added new brows animations
added new eyes animations
added lip bite behavior
added negative morphs states logic from old ALIVE for more animation states
added new upper eyelids procedural animations to make the eyes more lively
added new micromovement for lower eyelids
added tight lips procedural animations (opposite of puckered lips)
added more lower lip movement, swallowing/ wet lips effect
fixed rigidbody log unnecessary operation
added laugh muscle procedural states to add more life to cheeks areas
adjusted puckered lips animation for better compatibility with asian models
fixed wide mouth bug, mouth going too wide in some circumstances
reduced sad expressions while in default mode (partially, overall models still look a bit too sad at times by default)
DOWNLOAD [OPTIONAL] MORPHS PACK
https://www.patreon.com/posts/spqr-a2-morphs-117798013
You can use the morphs pack above if you want more expressions in VAM with AliveCore. If you have this pack in you addonpackages folder, AliveCore will automatically use the morphs and the models expressions should look better than just with the default VAM expressions.
DOWNLOAD [OPTIONAL] VOICE PACKS
AliveCore has support for voicepacks. When voice pack vars are present in your addonpackages folder and and when a voice is selected in AliveCore plugin UI, the model will speak automatically sometimes (the AutoVoice section in the plugin UI). It's also possible to trigger and queue custom voice lines with AliveCore.
