PLUGIN: PersonalSpace v1 (files) (Patreon)

This small feature is already part of Alive v63 but I made it as a separate plugin too for people that might need it and don't use Alive or they use older versions. PersonalSpace detects when a new person is added to the scene and it checks if it overlaps with another person. If it does, it tries to move the new person to a different position somewhere randomly at 1 meter away if it's an empty spot.
