Good move. Scary movie will be much funnier now.

A R

It’s honestly worth watching Scream 1-6 if you really enjoyed this one! They’re all great in their own ways.

Biglo

Oh naw yall doing Scream. Please please watch all the movies. I know you’re doing Scary Movie but I hope you’ll consider doing the rest of the Scream movies.

Alex

nice move watching this first

Rollo Tomassi

I saw your reaction to Hangover on YouTube and you won me over so I found you on Patreon. Picks like this are gonna keep me here. BANGER! You guys are great. 🤙

Hood44

You guys gotta watch all the screams now.

ElDoritos97

The main parodies of this film franchise Scary movie 2 : The Haunting (1997) , House on Haunted Hill (1999 film) , and other supernatural haunted house films. Scary movie 3: Signs (2002) and The Ring (2002 American Ver.) Scary Movie 4: War of the Worlds (2005) , The grudge (2004) and Saw (2004) The fifth film, it can be omitted, is not the best so far.

Silas Kane

Wise. Idk how Scary Movie would have hit without it.

Joshua Sumter

The fact Shoshanna called Vince old for being born in 93 makes me feel ANCIENT 😂😂

Silas Kane

30 minutes in and I'm already seeing the full spectrum. They can't figure out if they like it or not. This is gonna be good😂

Dreamville Paul2x

GOD I LOVE THIS CHANNEL YALL WATCHING MY FAVORITE MOVIE AND BREAKING BAD😭 TAKE MY MONEY

Tripp

I’m 10 minutes in and this is haillarous😂😂. More horror movies!!

Silas Kane

I've never seen any reactor alternate from Wtf, horrified, eyeroll, to bust up laughing so fast. lmao

Chanceee1k

Welp mix, you’re officially going to be stuck! Might as well finish the whole series of this too lol

Jamie

W reaction u only need this 1 for scary movie but yous will like the scream franchise the seconds the best imo

Brian McG

Oh man, this is going to be fun! Rented this from Blockbuster after it got released and watched the hell out of it, haha. I appreciate ya'll for watching this one!

Smellwell

"Hello? Can y'all hear me? What the hell was that? What the hell did we just watch?" Vince killed me with that.

Oscar C

What I love about Scream movies is that you don’t know how the killer is till the end. Not a lot of movies do that.

A R

“It’s Johnny fucking Depp” killed me

Night King01

Well the movie does poke a lot of fun at otjer horror films in mega ways but it never dismisses them. Also the reason the horror works is because the director is Wes Craven one of the masters of horror. He did nightmare on elm street and a lot of other cult horror films. This revived his career as well as the slasher genre in general

Bryant Guerrero

I hope you guys react to the whole scream franchise

Ethan Fleming

If you haven’t started watching Scary Movie yet, you should also watch “I Know What You Did Last Summer” because they also reference it a lot in the first Scary Movie

Camila Norin Lund

This whole franchise is so cringe and full of 🧀. Still fun to watch or have on in the background though.

Trey

One of my favorite slasher movies I must’ve dressed up as scream for Halloween at least 4x as a kid

A R

It’s so funny that you guys thought Gale and Dewey had fake sexual tension and were cringe interacting since the two actors actually got married in real life

Dorian johnson

Y’all should watch the underworld franchise and the arrowverse

Michael Pearce

Not really a fan of scream but I respect them watching this first so they understand the references later in scary movie.

David Crabtree

Ditch the Scary Movie series and watch the Scream movie series instead.

Mike

No🤦‍♂️ people really voted for this

Tyy🤎

Love this series 🥰

Ray H

Scary Movie mainly parodies Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer. Scream by itself though was pretty epic in revitalizing slasher movies; it was an ode to slasher fans. The budget was only $14 Million and made $175 Million in the box office worldwide.

Simon

God damn I haven’t seen this since like 06, definitely my favorite scary movie when I was younger

Simon

“Oh yea you’re old”😭😂 why you do Vince like that

Simon

Vince I think you recognize Mathew lillard because that’s the guy who plays shaggy in the scooby doo movies

Jamie
>>138613490

Arrow verse would be good but most of the shows are ass after s4 and then there’s so much to watch in arrow verse

Jamie

How is Vince 31 swear they both look 20 that’s crazy

Chris Mullen

This movie Franchise is one of my favorites! Definitely my favorite in horror. The first Scream movie definitely holds a special place in my (and probably a lot of people's) heart!

Simon

Vince freaking out when scream grabbed Sidney as she jumped out the window had me so damn dead 😭😂

Greyjoy

you should definitely continue this franchise, it's incredibly fun to watch

Simon

Lmaoo so glad you guys checked this out you’ll enjoy scary movie so much more now! Completely agree this movie is so cheesy but it’s kinda fun😂

Lovaire Hawkins

Watching yall watch this classic totally solidifies the title of this movie!!😂😂 Yall SCREAMED throughout the entire movie!! GREAT REACTION!!!

Lovaire Hawkins

Yall have NO IDEA how funny Scary Movie is, mainly because of this movie!!!!

Tori

“Oh yeah, you’re old” 😅

Ahmad Pattonbey

dang why she out my boy vince " oh yea your old" lmoaaa

Lovaire Hawkins

LMAO. That's why it's a classic. It is obenof the most CHEESY scary movies that anyone has ever seen. But for some reason, it works!!

Luis Ortiz

What the hell was that was my same exact reaction! Glad I’m not alone 😂

Morgan

You should definitely consider continuing the Scream franchise! It does get better and the newer ones are pretty good too!

Joshua Johnson

The scream franchise is amazing! You should continue and check the rest out!

Kiera Walker

The Scream franchise is very much self-aware satire that go after tropes of slashers, horror, and cinema in general…This one goes after slasher tropes, Scream 2 goes after sequels, Scream 3 does trilogies, Scream 4 satirizes reboots/remakes, Scream (2022, technically Scream 5) does legacy sequels, and finally, Scream VI takes on franchises.

Kiera Walker

And as someone mentioned above, as much of the plot of Scary Movie is based on Scream, is also based on I know What You Did Last Summer, so…that’s up to you, lol.

Gustavo Wellez

Loved it. It would be amazing if you guys consider doing some main original films before Scary Movie War of the Worlds, Signs and Saw are great ones

David Hood

You're only going to watch the first one???

Anthony

Please watch the new Halloween films

james moore

Why didn't she just throw the phone at her parents in the beginning? Lol so stupid

Anthony

If you like scary movie, watch the 2nd scream before you get to scary movie 2!

Jamie
>>138674687

Isn’t it other horrors in scary movie 2 thought the first scary movie is only scream based

Martin

You are gonna LOVE scary movie. I'd be happy if you watched it soon

C. J. Ramirez

Not me saying they got the same themesong as peaky blinders 😭😭

Kristy Stevens

Fun Fact: The reporter at the school who asks Sidney, "How does it feel to almost be brutally butchered?" is actress Linda Blair. She played the little girl Regan in the movie The Exorcist. :) Great cameo.

SavageDiplomat

Classic 90s cheesy horror. This film is so iconic that its spawned a franchise that has lasted almost 30 years. The lastest movie is in the works.

Kristy Stevens

It surprises me a little bit that you guys found the acting to be terrible. At the time it was made the acting, imo, was spot on for the kind of film they were creating and for what they were trying to accomplish. This film revitalized the horror genre in the late 1990s. It merged the traditional slasher film with humor, intertwined with a clever plot. The characters were aware of horror film cliches & used them to survive. Wes Craven is the director and he is the creator of Nightmare On Elm Street. There are several easter eggs or throwbacks to previous horror films in this movie. I was a teenager in the 90's & this movie was fantastic. It had been a long time since a really great scary movie had been released. Scream ended up being one of the highest-grossing films of 1996 & became the highest-grossing slasher film in the world for 22 years!!! It was finally surpassed by 2018's Halloween. And the sequel Scream 2 broke box-office records at the time and some people believe part 2 is even better than one. The Scream franchise is pretty great. I guess you just would've had to have been there to completely get it and appreciate it. I did thoroughly enjoy your reaction though. :)

Oh I would love to see them watch the 2005 War of the World's. I love that movie, and it genuinely scares me. I think it's just how big the machines are and the sounds they make.

Tjbosslyfe

There's 5 screams movies lol Sidney low key a action star . Underrated as a actress.

Tjbosslyfe

Its Rumors the guy that had TV throwed on him is still alive till this day lol

Tianna

Kenny didn’t say “30 second delay” because he was worried about the delay lol he forgot that there was a delay, so he was gonna runaway but bc of the delay, Ghostface had already left the house.

Tianna
>>138733215

Same i don’t think the acting is bad in the least, it was just the style of the movie.

Tori

I Know What You Did Last Summer is just as important to watch before scary movie. Just fyi 👍🏻

lily g

yes!!!!!!!! been waiting for this! hope u guys finish out the franchise in the future

ANDRES CASTANEDA

You should do the rest of the series! They’re all pretty good I wouldn’t say there’s a bad movie even the new ones are good!

EmmWork

Definitely watch I know what you did last summer BEFORE you watch scary movie!! (just the first one I believe is referenced)

Tashwana Campbell

Yes also watch I know what you did last summer to get that reference as well.

Molly Lundström

y'all should watch the rest of the movies :)

Civ

Would love to see more of this franchise on from y'all in October.

Dccomicfan

The dude was from one of those scooby films as shaggy I do t know if you guys watch it though and it could be something self

Brandon Burgess

Casey said let's hang around ay. 🤣🤣🤣

Brandon Burgess

Even if he made a collect call in jail that wouldn't have made since to say as they record audio in and out of jail.

Brandon Burgess

They only showed the store once and Billy was definitely there so that's not definitive.
