I only started watching the boys to see your reactions. Super hyped for this. Also, school shooter drills at my school were basically "Lock the doors, turn off the lights and hide" and that's it. It was spooky to go through though

20:40 that was actually kinda funny. If A-Train showed up in your car like that, what would you do? Anyway, this is my favorite episode of the season. I really enjoyed watching the final battle with Stormfront. I almost thought Kimiko was done, but like Frenchie said she’s a miracle. Then it got even better when Maeve entered the fray. I look forward to your reactions to season 3. When you finish the next season though, don’t go into season 4 just yet. There’s a spin-off called Gen V which currently has one season. It serves as a bridge between seasons 3 and 4.

I get what Vince is saying, but I feel like any parent would chose their kid over anything, Becca realistically couldn’t leave because homelander will find them regardless, so I’m not sure where Vince is coming from saying that her staying is dumb she was going to be followed regardless and remember she was raped by homelander and had a kid, she was put in that situation by homelander

Vince has been cooking some crazy comments/ideas these past few episodes. Maeve saved Starlight because that was something she could do/change. Going after Vaught by testifying will not change anything was her point. And the idea of Becca 'running away' with the kid? How? Why? She was happy until HL found out. Homelander didn't know about them for years, and after he finds out, your 1% chance of surviving a day running from Vought is now 0%. Season 3 is a banger I hope you can catch up before season 4 begins!!

Edgar and the Church Guy are not on the same level I don't think. I think Edgar has all the power, I think Neumann's head poppings are very much on Voughts favor. Motive? It wouldn't surprise me if Edgar has this Neumann lady on his payroll. As Edgar said, when has it ever not been about business? Money and politics go together. She could still be against Vought in some unusual double cross scenario. Maybe I'm reaching. Another theory is she's Edgar's trump card against Homelander maybe?

I get it’s his first time watching and it’s different perpesctives, but I think he’s coming from the point of is that the show is following butchers perspective and his journey towards finding her, so that’s where I think he’s coming from which I do understand because he’s the main character. I do feel that beccas character is very one dimensional though because it was left to interpretation that she was raped by homelander, but in season 2 they changed it to that she was outright raped, so that was hard to follow. I also didn’t really like this season that much until the last 3 episodes

If Becca got hit with the laser she had been burnt somewhere (and certainly died on the spot). She was bleeding because stormfront ripped a piece of her throat out when she got blasted by the laser

Solid theory but I’m not sure this was confirmed. I would say if his laser beams were strong enough to cut through stormfromt. Becca’s head would be missing.

Looks like they might now have a good pace, but there’s also the matter of Gen V. Some of the lore in season 4 won’t make sense unless they watch that as well.

If you rewatch the hearing in episode 7, Victoria Neuman the... headpopper looks at every person who have their head blown but hides it by acting confused and in shock, nothing you really notice the first watch.
